Obama doesn't want you to have weapons or free speech. He and his minions have been threatening television and radio stations to keep them from airing ads he disagrees with.

The latest target is the NRA and stations in Pennsylvania.

Earlier, Governor Matt Blunt of Missouri issued this statement on news reports that have exposed plans by Obama to use law enforcement to threaten and intimidate critics.

Pay attention America, the socialist fascist friends of Barack are on the march.

Another Attack Waiting To Happen

The man who predicted 9/11 says a major terrorist attack on the United States, probably featuring a weapon of mass destruction, is inevitable during the next four to five years. Marvin J. Cetron says the attack could come in as little as two-and-a-half to three years.

So, why after seven years are we still unable to seal our borders and account for who is in this country legally and illegally.

Is it any wonder the congress has ratings lower than a snake's belly? When are we going to elect people who will take as their primary task protecting and defending these United States?

The elections are at hand. Throw out those who have refused to make America their priority.

Remembering September 11th, 2001.

No Contest

The Presidential election was too close to call. Neither the Republican candidate nor the Democrat candidate had enough votes to win. There was much talk about ballot recounting, court challenges, etc., but a week-long ice fishing competition seemed the sportsmanlike way to settle things. The candidate that caught the most fish at the end of the week would win the election.

After much of back and forth discussion, it was decided that the contest take place on a remote frozen lake in northern Michigan.

There were to be no observers present, and both men were to be sent out separately on this isolated lake and return at 5P.M. with their catch for counting and verification by a team of neutral parties.

At the end of the first day, John McCain returns to the starting line and he has ten fish.

Soon, Obama returns and he has no fish. Well, everyone assumes he is just having a bad day and hopefully, he will catch up tomorrow.

At the end of the 2nd day John McCain comes in with 20 fish and Obama once again returns with none.

That evening, Harry Reid gets together secretly with Obama and says, 'Obama,I think John McCain is a low-life, cheatin' SOB. I want you to go out tomorrow and don't even bother with fishing. Just spy on him and see exactly how he is cheating.'

The next night (after John McCain returns with 50 fish), Harry Reid says to Obama, 'Well, tell me, how is the old snake cheating?'

Obama replies, 'Harry, you're not going to believe this, but he's cutting holes in the ice.'

Obama Says Socialism Is Neighborly

Discussing his income tax plan on the O'Reilly Show, we have this classic from Obama.

"If I'm sitting pretty and you've got a waitress who is making minimum wage plus tips, and I can afford it and she can't, what's the big deal for me to say I'm going to pay a little more?" Obama said. "That's neighborliness."

So, Barack plans to tax us into being neighborly. If you're afraid of what else comrade Obama has up his sleeve, then vote McCain/Palin.

Why Obama Doesn't Wear The Lapel Flag

McCain supporters, have rescued 12,000 miniature American flags from the site of Barack Obama’s nomination acceptance speech last Thursday and redistributed them to audience members ahead of a McCain rally in Colorado Springs Saturday.

Democrats claim the flags were snatched to carry out a “cheap political stunt.”

But McCain supporters said the flags were discovered by a vendor at Denver’s Invesco Field after the conclusion of the Democratic National Convention. The vendor supposedly found trash bags full of flags in and nearby dumpsters, and turned them over to the McCain campaign.

Boy Scouts were sorting 84 bags of flags in Colorado Saturday morning, before a McCain supporter had veterans distribute them to the audience.

“We want to find good homes for these flags,” radio host Dan Caplis said at the rally, adding that whatever flags remained would be placed at memorials throughout Colorado.

Audience members, who booed when Caplis announced that the flags were left in Denver, waved the flags and chanted “U.S.A” ahead of McCain’s arrival at the rally with his running mate Sarah Palin.

As usual the liberals only value the flag and religion for what votes they may buy. And now you know for sure why Obama doesn't care about his lapel pin or putting his hand over his heart when the anthem is played.

Obama'a Pay Grade

The question is, "Forty million abortions -- at what point does a baby get human rights, in your view?"

Here's the response from Barack Obama, "Well, I think that whether you're looking at it from a theological perspective or a scientific perspective, answering that question with specificity, you know, is above my pay grade. But let me just speak more generally about the issue of abortion because this is something obviously the country wrestles with."

This is what Obama has learned about creation while sitting under the black liberation theology of the profane Jeremiah Wright.

Theology, science, anything except political pandering is beyond him. Above his pay grade he says, somehow thinking he can fend off a direct question with the flippancy of a fourteen year old.

Obama is so shallow one would be hard put to dampen a finger plumbing his depth.

After reading some of the responses to yesterday's posting, you have to wonder how the world survives when idiots abound.

What Good Is Russia's Word?

CNN reports that Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has signed a cease-fire with Georgia. However, Russia will not completely withdraw from Georgian territory until its troops have supposedly finished cleaning up ammunition, weapons and boobytraps left behind by Georgian troops.

Knowing that a Russian signature on a piece of paper has no value, what exactly this means to the security and sovereignty of Georgia is questionable. Russia eill use any excuse to retake the old soviet empire.

The return of the old Russia driven by comrade Putin is even threatening Poland, saying that Poland is now at risk of attack, perhaps with nuclear weapons. This is a Russia that wants peace? Nothing has changed, they are still the enemy.

More Edwards' Hanky Panky?

CNN reports that John Edwards' political action committee paid his mistress $14,000 after she stopped working for him to obtain 100 hours of unused videotape she had shot for his unsuccessful presidential campaign. However, she had already been paid $100,000 for the programs.

This is a poor attempt to justify a payment in April 2007 to Hunter. The money came from Edwards' OneAmerica political action committee, whose expenditures are governed by U.S. election laws. Willfully converting money from a political action committee for personal use would have be a federal criminal violation. So, now Edwards' will begin the shyster shuffle to avoid the consequences of his actions.

Here's the best part David "Mudcat" Saunders, who served as Edwards' chief adviser on rural affairs said, "I talked to John and he's not doing well,"he's just -- to be very frank with you -- he's just not doing well. He needs to be concentrating on himself and his family at this point in his life. He's a good boy. He just made a hell of a mistake."

A good boy? Not doing well? Good boys don't betray their vows to their terminally ill spouses, lie about it and pay their whore off to keep quiet. Only an morally depraved liberal would describe such a slime ball as a good boy. This was not a mistake, Edwards knew exactly what he was doing, he just didn't expect to be caught.

And, he shouldn't be doing well. Anyone with a conscience should be agonizing over such actions, but not this crew of craven degenerates. Edwards will continue to lie and obfuscate in order to cover up, excuse and justify his disgusting behavior. After all, that is his skill set. He is an ambulance chaser and nothing more.

Psycho Pakistani Apprehended

As reported in the New York Daily News, law enforcement officials believe they have "the most significant capture" in the fight against terrorism in five years. Aafia Siddiqui, a 36 year old MIT educated Pakistani neuroscientist was arrested in Afghanistan last month for trying to shoot American agents and officers. During her questioning, she grabbed a soldier's M-4 rifle and tried to shoot him while yelling "Allah Akbar!" or "God is great!" She also said that she wanted to kill Americans.

According to the Daily News, Siddiqui carried with her a list of New York landmarks, including the Statue of Liberty and Times Square. ABC said the list also included the subway system and Plum Island, an isolated federal disease research lab.

Why are we allowing these murdering barbarians into our country and educating them at our universities?

What Say You, Barack?

Today's mission, should you choose to accept it, is to read this Newsweek article by George Will. It's called "Questions for Obama" and I don't expect Barack will or even could answer them. If you've heard him try to speak extemporaneously, you know he has trouble putting a simple sentence together. Anyway, the questions are excellent. Enjoy!

The Russians Are Coming

The Russians are back with a vengeance. Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is the perfect throwback to the Stalinist leaders of old. He even has the party line down, parroting that the U.S. has displayed a “Cold War mentality” in its friendship with leaders in the Georgian capital of Tbilisi.

Putin is plotting to revive the old Soviet Union, whose collapse he described as “the greatest geopolitical catastrophe of the century.”

Unfortunately for us and our allies, there is no Ronald Reagan to lead the free world this time.

However, if you need a reason to pick McCain over Obamassiah, here's a good one.

Deja Vu, It's Waterloo For Alain Bernard

"The Americans? We're going to smash them. That's what we came here for," the big mouthed Frenchie, Alain Bernard, said. But, what is this? Sacre bleu, les Americains have won!

So Alain, what happened. Not giving any interviews on this one? How about this from Claude Fauquet, France's team director, "But I don't think that Alain lost the race. It's Lezak who won it."

What a crock of merde, Claude. Alain LOST and Lezak and team won. This guy probably describes Waterloo not as a defeat for Napoleon, but rather a win for Wellington. No wonder the liberals love the frogs!

As usual, the Yanks win and the French? Well, let's just say another repeat performance.

Gee, John Edwards is willing to take a paternity test, but Rielle Hunter will have no part of it.

It's an invasion of her daughter's privacy. Oh yes, I'm sure. It couldn't be that she's been paid off.

Of course not, this paragon of integrity and virtue is only out for the best interest of her offspring. That's why she doesn't have a father's name to put on her child's birth certificate.

It sounds like John and Reille were a good match, just waiting to happen.

Edwards Still Doing Whatever He Wants

John Edwards, another lying Democrat, although forced to admit his disgusting behavior, is hardly humbled by it.

Edwards said in his admission, "... being 99 percent honest is no longer enough." What does that mean?

When first confronted about his affair, he called the accusations "false" and "ridiculous."He lied. Later when asked, he said "I have no idea what you're asking about." He lied.

He also said, "I have responded to, consistently, to these tabloid allegations by saying I don't respond to these lies." There is some truth in that, what he was responding to was the truth.

Instead of admitting he deliberately made the choice to cheat on his wife and hurt his family, he uses phrases such as "a serious error in judgment." He excuses himself by saying his rise from "a small town boy in North Carolina" who "came from nothing" to a successful lawyer, U.S. senator and national public figure "fed a self-focus, an egotism, a narcissism that leads you to believe that you can do whatever you want."

Like all liberals, John is the victim, not the family he betrayed and not the public he lied to. It's our fault for expecting the men who lead us to have character and integrity.

It would be nice if Johnny Edwards would just slink back into private life, but this admission will probably catapult him into the liberal limelight as one of their own darling demons.

Working In The Shadows

Illegal aliens working for Mexico's drug cartels are growing hundreds of millions of dollars worth of marijuana in America's Sequoia National Forest. The forest is more than 350 miles from the border so the workers have established residency in the United States. They are in the country illegally for the sole purpose of growing pot, maintaining production and protecting the camp. Armed men keep watch over the gardens day and night during planting season.

Do the illegal lovers plan on amnesty for these hard working industrious people? Do they think citizenship will bring them out of the shadows?

When are we going to take our country back?

I Don't Want Barack's Future For My Children

In Elkhart, Indiana a young girl asked Barack Obama why he is running for the White House.

"America is, is no longer, uh, what it could be, what it, it once was," Obama said haltingly. "And I say to myself, I don't want that future for my children."

For the first time in history a man who is part black is running for and has a chance to win the presidency. Obama thinks that doesn't bode well for our future? When could that have happened in the past? As always, Barack speaks only in vague, meaningless generalities. He gives no specifics.

What is wrong with this man? Why can't he and his wife, realizing the opportunities they have been given, praise the positive attributes of our country?

People who look for flaws will always find them because nothing in this life is perfect. However, there is nothing more depressing than being around people who focus on the negative. How can we possibly live through a presidency filled with the cynicsm, annger and bitterness of the Obamas? We can't!
