Rose Parade Has Thorns

Cindy Sheehan is coming to Pasadena, California. She will be demonstrating along with other anti-war and pro-impeachment nut cases that are drawn to events such as the Tournament of Roses Parade.

Sheehan, who is campaigning for Congress against Nancy Pelosi, is like a sore that never heals. Determined to contaminate any celebration with their minority psychotic opinions, she and her minions continue to plague society. At least now, she is also plaguing Nancy Pelosi.

What Really Happened?

An interesting article appeared in the New York Sun regarding the assassination of Benazir Bhutto.

It says the attack bore the hallmarks of a sophisticated military operation. It reports that Bhutto's armored limousine was shot by multiple snipers whose armor-piercing bullets penetrated the vehicle, hitting the former premier five times in the head, chest, and neck. Two of the snipers then detonated themselves shortly after the shooting.

Meanwhile, a
separate attack was thwarted at the local hospital where Bhutto possibly would have been revived had she survived the initial shooting.

Read the entire article for some intriguing speculation because the official Pakistani explanation is certainly hard to accept.

Scientists Scared To Study Border

Here's a report on how scientists are abandoning their projects on the Arizona-Mexico border because of the drug smugglers. Crackdowns on smugglers by the Mexican military, increased vigilance in the Caribbean Sea, new border fences, air patrols, a buildup of U.S. Border Patrol agents and a turf war between cartels all have contributed to smuggling in more remote areas.

According to the article, Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument stopped granting most new research permits in January because of increasing smuggling activity. Scientists must sign a statement acknowledging that the National Park Service cannot guarantee their safety from "potentially dangerous persons entering the park from Mexico."

It is depressing that our government will not protect our land and its citizens and openly acknowledges that fact. We can send American soldiers to do peacekeeping in foreign lands, but refuse to allow them to defend and protect their own nation's borders. What is wrong with this picture?

Benazir Bhutto Assassinated

This from FOXNews: Pakistani opposition leader Benazir Bhutto was assassinated Thursday, shot in the neck and chest at a campaign rally before a homicide bomber blew himself up, killing 20 others.

Get ready for the rioting and more violence.

Forget The Eye, Read The Lips

Thanks to Putin, Russia has reverted back to the days of the evil empire. Remember when our president remarked about Putin, "I looked the man in the eye. I found him to be very straightforward and trustworthy."

He's so trustworthy that he's now selling a sophisticated air defense system to Iran. He's so straightforward that his administration denied the rumors that this sale would take place.

Our president is a very poor judge of people. The growing military cooperation between Russia and Iran is a serious matter and pretending that Russia is no longer an enemy is a grave mistake. We need leaders who will take the threats of Russia, China, the Marxists of South America and the Islamomaniacs seriously.

We must choose well in 2008 or we may not be choosing at all by 2012.

Potential Targets

Sports Illustrated has a somber piece about how fans look like potential victims of terrorism to Jim McGee, former FBI agent turned college instructor. The players are also potential targets and security gaps are easy to find.

Many believe it's only a matter of time before another domestic or international terrorist attack targets a sports event.

Bill Flynn, head of Homeland Security's protective security coordination division, said stadiums and arenas are "a concern, something that we want to pay attention to. Why? Because we've seen attacks overseas in resorts, hotels and arenas, so obviously while al-Qaida and the terrorists have attempted to hit hard targets like refineries, soft targets and commercial facilities become more of a target of opportunity."

There will be another terrorist attack, it's only a matter of where and when.

Attrition Working In Arizona

The Tucson Citizen reports that the defeat of shamnesty (they call it comprehensive immigration reform) , law enforcement crackdowns, Arizona's new employer-sanctions law and a sluggish economy (meaning their are fewer jobs for Americans) have have created a climate illegal invaders no longer find hospitable. Many are leaving the state and the country.

So, attrition is working and we can solve the problem of lawbreakers taking up residence at will in our country. Wow, isn't it amazing what can happen when we follow the law. Once the sanctions law takes effect in January, even more illegals are expected to leave.

Rosendo Hernandez, president of the advocacy group Immigrants Without Borders said, "If people can't find work, they won't be able to pay their bills, so they will leave."

"That is the whole purpose of the (sanctions) law," said state Rep. John Kavanagh, R-Fountain Hills, "to not only stop people from coming, but to have these who are here illegally go back to whence they came. They shouldn't be here."

Amen, Congressman, amen!

Senate Sabotages Fence

Our sell out America Senate passed a spending bill Tuesday evening that strips one layer off the 700 miles of double-border fence that was originally mandated by the Secure Fence Act.

Under this new spending bill, the barrier erected along the Mexican border will be only a single line of fencing, rather than the double line of fences with a patrol road running between them, such as the barrier that has already been constructed in the San Diego area.

Cybercast News Service asked senators if they supported this reduction of the fence, but many seemed unaware of the reduction. Sen. Sam Brownback (R-Kan.) flatly declared the change was "unacceptable." Later that evening, Brownback voted in favor of the bill.Sen. Russell Feingold (D-Wis.) said he had not considered the issue. "I have not even thought about that. I will have to think about that." He voted against it. Sen. Gordon Smith(R-Ore.) said he was unaware of the proposal and that he does not support such a reduction. "I am for whatever amount of fence is necessary to secure our border. My preference is enough fence to make it work. I believe that's a double fence." He voted for the bill.

The truth is most of our senators are voting on bills they haven't looked at or don't completely understand. In addition, there is no desire on the part of most of them to secure and defend our borders and the American people. Encouraged by the president to turn a blind eye to the invasion of illegals they are knowingly complicit in the selling out of America.

The Clinton Fantasy

Bill Clinton's arrogance knows no bounds. What was he thinking when he said that Hillary would send him and Bush senior abroad to assure other nations that “America is open for business and cooperation again?” Does he believe his own nonsense so deeply that he thinks George H.W.Bush would through his own son under a bus just to make the Clintons look good?

In a statement sent to CNN Tuesday afternoon, former President Bush’s chief of staff Jean Becker said that he “wholeheartedly supports the President of the United States, including his foreign policy. He has never discussed an ‘around-the-world-mission’ with either former President Bill Clinton or Sen. Clinton, nor does he think such a mission is warranted since he is proud of the role America continues to play around the world as the beacon of hope for freedom and democracy.

“President Bush is excited about several of the excellent Republican candidates running for president, and looks forward to discussing their candidacy once the Republican nominee is determined.”

Clinton wants back in the White House so badly he is grasping at straws. Determined to mend his legacy of lies, adultery, perjury etc, he will do and say anything that might get Hillary nominated. Imagine if she does run and the race looks close. Bill will try to resell his soul to the devil to get her elected. You can't buy entertainment like this.

Unruly Neighbor

Mexico is complaining again. The problem this time is at the border near Tijuana. It seems Mexico thinks it's perfectly ok for its smugglers and gangsters to hurl rocks, bricks and bottles at American citizens and law enforcement. Sometimes they use ball bearings and slingshots.

The Border Patrol has responded with tear gas or pepper spray. This is because when Mexican authorities are contacted they take hours to respond if they come at all. They're probably waiting for their customary bribe.

Now, Mexico's acting consul general in San Diego, Ricardo Pineda, has the gall to insist that U.S. authorities stop firing onto Mexican soil. He should be thankful we're not using live rounds. Why do we allow these assaults on our nation to continue?

Boycott Bustamante

Watch out GOP! Jorge Bustamante, the UN's Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights of Migrants and friend of the ACLU is calling on Mexicans to boycott companies that donate to Republican candidates.

Why is another Mexican national interfering in the internal affairs of the American government? If he's so concerned about the rights of Mexicans, let him petition his own government to provide jobs, health care, education etc. etc. etc. He and the other Mexican fat cats can help by paying a larger portion of their wealth in taxes instead of wallowing in their greed and pushing their poor and homeless northbound.

This guy even has to come here to work as a professor at Notre Dame. You can see how ungrateful he is for the opportunity.

Lizzy In Another Tizzy

Elizabeth Edwards frightens easily. Her biggest fear is rabid Republicans. Even though she never met her neighbor, Monty Johnson, she was scared of him and said, "I wouldn't be nice to him anyway."

Monty said of John Edwards,
"I thought he was supposed to be for the poor people, but does he ever socialize with any poor people? He doesn't speak to me." Of course not, Monty, John is only interested in the politics of poverty, he doesn't want to get any on himself or muss that expensive hairstyle.

Meanwhile, Lizzy is frightened again by Republican demons.
"Republicans should scare us in a lot of ways," Edwards said as she was introducing her husband at a town hall in Dubuque, Iowa. Regarding Mike Huckabee, she noted he "doesn’t believe in evolution and has some nutty views about what it is we should do about ending violence in our inner city." She then went on to expound on her fear of the evil Karl Rove and "swift boating."

She summed up her ode to paranoia by asking us to believe that her husband John could take on the Republican attack machine. "We have to have a candidate who stands up, can take the punches and give it back to them."

If the Republican attack machine wants to have at John, they will have to look behind Lizzy's skirts.

Chinese Checkers

A Russsian paper has reported that China will export 24 J-10A fighters to Iran beginning in 2008. The J-10 is an air superiority fighter with capabilities and performance that resemble closer to those of F-15 and F-16 aircraft.

The Chinese Foreign Ministry has denied reports of the sale, calling them "irresponsible."

Considering China's miltary agenda however, the sale does not seem out of the question. Their goal seems to be stepping up threats to the US from Latin America, the Middle East and Asia.

Just last week, the chief of the US naval operations expressed concern about competition from China's ship building sector.

"The fact that our shipbuilding capacity and industry is not as competitive as other builders around the world is cause for concern," Admiral Gary Roughead told the House of Representatives Armed Services Committee.

Regarding China, he said: "They are very competitive on the world market. There is no question that their ship building capability is increasing rapidly."

China is turning out 5,000 commercial ships a year, against 300 by the United States, and an average of three submarines a year, to the United States' one.

China is also producing nearly five times as much steel as the United States.

We are losing our superiority and our government seems not to care.

Donkey Donnybrook

The Washington Post says the Democrats are blaming each other. If that's true the Donks finally got it right. Reid, Pelosi and the likes of Charlie Rangel and Barney Frank seem to be getting fed up with their partners in crime.

Isn't it amazing how the Democrats promised so much and delivered nothing. What happened to the full work week? What happened to honest and open government? Vows made by those devoted to treachery are best not kept anyway. These plotters and saboteurs of the left have no good intentions and the welfare of the Republic is not one of their priorities.

So, let them fight amongst themselves and let evil destroy itself from within.

Sharpton's Sharp Practices Investigated

From the New York Daily News comes word that the Feds have subpoenaed financial records and employees. They are demanding Al's financial records since 2001.

The FBI and IRS are investigating whether Sharpton improperly misstated the amount of money he raised during his 2004 White House run to illegally obtain federal matching funds, a source familiar with the probe said.

Sharpton, although forced to return $100,000 in matching taxpayer funds after an investigation two years ago, denied any wrongdoing at the time.

The feds may also looking into allegations of tax fraud, including whether Sharpton commingled funds from his nonprofit National Action Network with several of his for-profit ventures.

Al's lawyer , Michael Hardy, called it a federal fishing expedition. "I can't think of a time when the Rev. Sharpton wasn't under investigation," he said.

Gee, I wonder why.

Terrorist Fed Flicks

FOXNews reports that federal authorities say one of the men accused of planning an attack on soldiers at the Fort Dix army base gave another inmate in a federal detention center an Al Qaeda recruitment video and another wrote a note referring to the fight "we weren't able to finish."

How is it possible that these animals have sufficient freedom to pass videos to each other, let alone notes? If we are going to be stupid enough to jail these swine instead of standing them before a firing squad then we should make damn sure they have no ability to communicate with each other.

These pigs of the prophet say that the detention center has not allowed them adequate access to evidence in the case against them as they prepare for trial. So they have asked a judge to either allow them to be free on bail or come up with alternate arrangements to allow them to review materials for the trial, which is scheduled to begin March 24.

Allowing this scum to use our laws to subvert justice is bad enough, but if there is a judge so stupid as to set them free on bail then he should be hanged along with them.

China To Lease Air Base In Ecuador

Here's a thought to keep you awake at night. The US has an air base in Ecuador and the lease is up in 2009. The lease will not be renewed. Instead, the lease will be offered to China. According to Ecuador's president, Rafael Correra, this will be the "doorway" for China's entry into Latin America.

How convenient, then China can simply invade us through our open border that will still not be walled by 2009. Every day, in every way our government continues to fail in its duty to defend us.

What's Beneath The Surface?

Another tunnel for Mexican smugglers has been discovered by the Border Patrol in Tecate, California. An agent on routine patrol discovered the tunnel when his drug-sniffing dog reacted to the smell of marijuana several hundred feet away.

A news article states that few people have been prosecuted for activities related to the construction of these tunnels. However, a federal law enacted this year makes it a felony to design or build one, or to participate in smuggling involving it.

Although the primary purpose of these tunnels appears to be drug smuggling, it would be just as easy to use them to bring people and/or weapons into the US. Once again, the government shows itself to be lax and apathetic about the security of American citizens.

The Penn Is Crazier Than The Kucinich

The race for the Democrat presidential nomination is over. Sean Penn has endorsed Dennis Kucinich for president. Appropriately it was announced at San Francisco State University.

It is, at the very least, interesting to watch the looney birds begin to flock together. If you can stand the insane rantings of a madman run amok, go here to the full text of Penn's endorsement speech.

Kucinich and Penn are both big supporters of Hugo Chavez, the paranoid dictator of Venezuela. Kucinich wants Vice President Cheney impeached while Penn seems to be opting for a firing squad, an event in which he would like to include Bush, Rumsfeld and Rice.

Yes, the kooks for Kucinich are gathering and if nothing else, they are the comic relief in the campaign .

Why The Terrorists Must Die

Here's an interesting article about our Shia pals. I'll give you an excerpt and you can read the rest for yourselves.

On her first day at Basra University this year a man came up to Zeena, a 21-year-old Christian woman, and three other Christian girls and ordered them to cover their heads with a hijab, or Islamic headscarf.

“We didn't listen to him, and thought he might just be some extremist student representing only himself,” she said. The next day Zeena and two of her friends returned to class with uncovered heads.

This time a man in the black clothes of the Shia militia stopped them at the entrance and took them aside. “He said, 'We asked you yesterday to wear a hijab, so why are you and your friends not covering your hair?'. He was talking very aggressively and I was scared,” Zeena recalled.

The girls explained that they were Christians and that their faith did not call for headscarves. “He said: 'Outside this university you are Christian and can do what you want; inside you are not. Next time I want to see you wearing a hijab or I swear to God the three of you will be killed immediately',” Zeena recalled. Terrified, the girls ran home. They now wear the headscarf all the time.

Another example of why this terrorist scum must be hunted down and disposed of as quickly as possible. Like killing roaches that have infested any dwelling, it won't be easy, but it is absolutely necessary.

Where Are The Missing Iraqis?

The Washington Times reports that nearly a dozen Iraqi military and law-enforcement officials brought to the U.S. as part of special intelligence and training programs have run away and are seeking asylum in this country or disappeared altogether.

Representative Lamar Smith of Texas, ranking Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, says the national security implications are serious and the Bush administration must do more to ensure that those brought to the U.S. are properly accounted for. Really? Does he expect Bush to move on that with the same sense of urgency he has displayed securing our borders?

Smith has not received answers to questions he sent to Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff in December 2006. He asked who the Iraqi military and law-enforcement officials are, whether an investigation was being conducted and how many Iraqi nationals have fled from military installations in the U.S. So, a year after asking what seems to be a very straight forward and logical question, he is still waiting for a reply. Chertoff obviously seems to think he isn't accountable to the American people or he doesn't know the answers.

The documented failings of the government to control who enters this nation has to make you wonder how many instances there are that we are unaware of. No one trustworthy or even capable seems to be in charge.

What You Can Do, If You Try

Reluctantly or not, it looks like the government may finally be enforcing our laws. According to this article, Federal agents who track down fugitives on immigration charges arrested more than 30,000 people nationally in fiscal year 2007, nearly double the previous year's total.

Agents focused on people who hadn't appeared for immigration hearings, or who stayed in the country after being ordered to leave by an immigration judge.

They also prioritized cases, looking for those who had criminal records or were considered a threat to national security.

There were more than 30,408 arrests nationally in fiscal 2007, which ended Sept. 30, compared to 15,462 last year, ICE said.

ICE officials also said the backlog of fugitives was down by 38,000 to 595,000 for the new fiscal year.

Enforcing the law, what a concept!

Phoenix Policy Change

The mayor of Phoenix said on Monday that he no longer backed a Police Department order barring officers from routinely asking the immigration status of people it arrested and announced a panel to study a policy change. This comes after the shooting death two months ago of a police officer, Nick Erfle, by an illegal immigrant.

Law enforcement should be working together to clean up the mess politicians have imposed upon us. If we cannot count on those who represent us and those who are sworn to protect us, perhaps it is time for another revolution.

The Race Tightens

The Clinton camp must be concerned. Several Democrats up for election have distanced themselves from what could turn out to be reverse coattail syndrome. Mostly such feelings are kept quiet for fear of retribution from the Clinton machine.

Meanwhile Obama is proving to be a stronger candidate then anticipated. Now, Oprah has joined him and rallies are selling out.

Then, there are the campaign ads against Hillary that are coming from the "liberal activist" groups, one of which, Democratic Courage, has accused Clinton of making policy decisions on the basis of polls, not convictions. Their ad should launch today.

Hillary may have bitten off more than her canines can handle this time.

New Recruits For Terror

As if there isn't enough to worry about, the New York Daily News reports that the latest group of Al Qaeda recruits contains with white, Anglo-featured converts from Europe. These Europeans have been seen in Pakistan.

"Al Qaeda is attempting to recruit 'Western' individuals to better blend into European and American societies," a senior military officer who monitors secret reports on the region said. "It's a continuing concern for the intelligence community."

According to the article, the danger is that they may blend in back home or take advantage of the visa-waiver program the U.S. shares with its European allies that eliminates a key layer of scrutiny for travelers. The travel loophole allows 15 million people to enter the U.S. from 18 European countries without visas, including Britain, France, Germany and Norway.

All this means is we must be more wary and vigilant than ever and all precautions must be taken at all times. Those who complain about being inconvenienced should be doubly scrutinized.

More Peace And Tolerance

The religion of peace and tolerance has moved from cartoons, to piglet, to the pope, to the Teddy Bear. In Sudan, Gillian Gibbons was convicted of insulting Islam because she named a Teddy Bear Mohammed.

Following prayer meetings, Sudanese savages surged into the streets, thousands strong, demanding Gibbon's execution by firing squad. They carried swords, axes, clubs and knives. Pictures of Gillian were burned as crazy clerics in pick-up trucks chanted, “No one lives who insults the prophet.” I guess he's complimented by the violens carried out in his name.

A Sword-waving fanatic Yassin Mubarak raged: “What she did requires her life to be taken.” Islamic cleric Abdul-Jalil Nazeer al-Karouri ranted: “Imprisoning this lady does not satisfy the thirst of Muslims in Sudan.” That would be their thirst for murder and the blood of innocents.

Caught In Their Own Trap?

Listening to the braying Donks, Murtha being one of the main asses, you can tell their disappointment that the tide of the war in Iraq has turned. Now, they are saying the surge is working, but we need to retreat anyway. Hoping to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, Murtha said, “The fact remains that the war in Iraq cannot be won militarily, and that we must begin an orderly redeployment of U.S. forces from Iraq as soon as practicable.”

It seems the voters are showing much less interest in the war and if it can't be a political weapon for them, the Donks just want it to go away. After all, if the war is successful that means they've been wrong all along and then people might see them for the seditious simpletons they truly are. There are few things more enjoyable then watching liberals caught in snares of their own making. Stay tuned.

Listen Up Peoples

Osama is talking and he can't shut up. This time he is asking Europe to stop participating in the war in Afghanistan. Al-Jazeera aired two brief excerpts of the Al-Qaida production, "Message to the European Peoples." They really know how to turn a catchy phrase, don't they.

Bin Laden says, "The American tide is ebbing, with God's help, and they will go back to their countries." Once again he took responsibility for 9/11. "The truth, as I said before, is that the Manhattan events were in retaliation for the killing of our kinfolk in Palestine and Lebanon by the US-Israeli alliance and that I am responsible for them."

What is he trying to do, talk us to death?

Clinton And CNN

The CNN Republican debate became a playground for more Clinton dirty tricks, when former reserve brigadier general Keith Kerr asked the candidates about the rights of gays and lesbians to serve openly in the military. Kerr is a member of the gay and lesbian steering committee for Hillary's campaign.

Will she say she knew nothing, once again? Will CNN deny they knew who this guy was? If so, who is responsible for Hillary's campaign if not herself? She needs to hold someone responsible, but doesn't seem to have done so yet. If your campaign is staffed by this many loose cannons, what does it say about your abilities as a manager? If no one at CNN knew this guy was a major player in the Clinton campaign, what does it say about their abilities as a news organization?

We will never know the truth because the Clintons and their news network will obfuscate as always. Still what is frightening is how bold and brazen they are about abusing the process. It should give us a very good idea of how they plan to push their leftist agenda down our throats if they are allowed control the government.

Ten Little Rights, And Then There Were None

Censorship is alive and well in the environs of Cincinnati. A story that has been widely read, performed as a play and made into movies many times over has been cancelled as a high school play because of a local NAACP branch.

Gary Hines (president of the local chapter) complained that the 1939 mystery novel, Ten Little Indians, was inappropriate because the original title used the dreaded "N" word instead of Indians. The title was taken from a poem of the same name and was adjusted to Indians later, as sensitivities changed. There is nothing racial in the story itself, yet Hines went out of his way to dredge up a piece of history most people are totally unaware of for what reason? To make a show of power against high school students? What good came out of this?

Well, Joan Powell, president of the Lakota Board of Education, thinks she knows Gary's motivation. She says Hines has a history of making racial accusations against Lakota schools with his personal financial interests sometimes coming into play. You see, Hines operates GPH Consultants, a diversity training company. It seems Gary has no problem with what might be conflict of interest if playing racial cards allows him to take home the kitty.

Why isn't the ACLU taking up this violation of First Amendment rights? Oh, I forgot the ACLU no longer thinks that right applies to everyone equally.

Arabic Gothic

Once again the cleverness of the islamomaniacs is breathtaking. Disguising themselves as a wedding party they attempted to sneak through a Baghdad checkpoint.

Soldiers became suspicious because all its members, except the "bride, "were male and because one of the cars did not obey the order to stop. The people in the car seemed nervous and the groom refused to lift his bride's veil when soldiers asked him to. One can see why, talk about BrideZilla!

The bride and groom are both wanted on terror related charges.

Hugo The Clown Needs The Hook

Not since the days of Nikita Khrushchev and his infamous shoe, have we gotten to see such a classless clown of the people paraded on the world stage to act the part of the fool.

Hugo Chavez has to be one of the most ridiculous figures ever to be handed the reins of power in a country and it certainly does not speak well for Venezuela and its people.

Now, he is at odds with his neighbor Colombia and has frozen relations with Spain pending an apology from the king. And, he is the darling of the insane left in America because he loves to imagine himself the victim of conspiracy by the United States.

We can only hope this pathetic popinjay will suffer cardiac arrest in the middle of one of his rants and end a comic routine that has grown stale all too quickly

Grijalva And Giffords, Duplicitous Duo

Here's a little piece from the local paper describing a visit to the border by two Democrats flaunting their lack of concern about the security of our nation and its citizens.

Representatives Raul Grijalva and Gabby Giffords found one landowner dumb enough to agree with them. Grijalva is Vice-Chair of the infamous Congressional Hispanic Caucus which earlier this year saw its Chair, Joe Baca, calling a female member a whore. Raul is also a former member of the Raza Unida Party and guess what. He favors shamnesty, thinks current immigration laws are cruel and unjust and opposes the fence and the National Guard on the border. This guy should be in the Mexican government, because he obviously cares more about them than Americans.

Under the guise of wanting to protect the environment, these two loathsome lawmakers criticize the border fence while making no mention of the damage from the horde of illegal invaders who leave their garbage and human waste to contaminate our nation as they travel. Why is there no outrage over that? Because Raul wants as many of his countrymen as he can get here legally or illegally. It matters not to him as long as he can deliver the southwest back to his first love, Mexico.

Another Nuclear Nut Case

Add another rogue nation interested in nuclear weapons to an ever expanding list. US intelligence believes Burma, using North Korean technology, is out to develop ballistic missiles and nuclear weapons.

A column in The Australian describes the chaotic mess that is Burma, its many illegal immigrants spreading the HIV-AIDS virus, its production and smuggling of the majority of Asian heroin. And, we're all familiar with its tyrannical regime.

The usual politics will prevent the world from taking a stand and preventing more WMDs from falling into the hands of madmen. It is only a matter of time before one of these crazies decides to ignite the dynamite. By that time will we even have enough backbone to respond?

Eco Sickos

The Daily Mail has an article on some lunatics that are having themselves sterilized because babies are not "eco friendly." I'm guessing that's human babies only, while cockroaches and rats are free to multiply because to these eco psychos they have more intrinsic value than a human fetus.

One nut, featured in the piece, said of her terminated pregnancy, "I didn't like having a termination, but it would have been immoral to give birth to a child that I felt strongly would only be a burden to the world. How irrational is that? Murdering a human being is moral by her twisted logic.

One would think if they really followed their beliefs they would kill themselves en masse, thus saving mother earth from the agony of continuing yo support their cursed existence.

These gaia worshipping pagans may not be reproducing, but unfortunately they may corrupt other weak minds with their religion of self hate.

Happy Thanksgiving to you all. May you have a safe and blessed holiday.

Have a wonderful day folks!

Murtha Must Go

CQ reports that lawyers for John Murtha will appeal a recent ruling advancing a defamation lawsuit brought against the Pennsylvania Democrat by a U.S. Marine under investigation for killing Iraqi civilians.

Justice Department lawyers representing Murtha filed notice that they planned to appeal a federal district court judge’s Sept. 28 ruling allowing the lawsuit to proceed and ordering Murtha to give sworn testimony in the case.

Murtha has no problem alleging atrocities against our soldiers, but when asked to stand and deliver, he hides behind the government's legal defenses.

Where is the brave veteran, as he likes to present himself, now? After accusing the Marines involved in the Haditha incident of “cold-blooded murder and war crimes” and of attempting a cover-up, now he is afraid to testify regarding his slander.

This man is a disgrace to the military and to the US Congress. Help drive him from office. Embrace the future, go to William Russell for Congress.

One District At A Time

Newsmax is reporting that the Republican Party is in so much trouble this coming election that the Democrats could achieve a veto-proof majority in the Senate. Worse yet, how about Hillary in the oval office and a rubber stamp Congress?

If Republicans and Conservatives are not careful it could be four years of unbridled socialism (Hillary), sex (Bill) and sedition (Democrat Party base).

Read the article in Newsmax to see what seats seem to be most vulnerable at present. Going forward, I will be highlighting races around the nation where we need funds. Donate as your conscience directs and as your wallet allows.

Today I am recommending a visit to the site of William T Russell, who is running for Congress against John Murtha.

Back To The Bomb Shelters

The Telegraph is reporting that even though the US and Israel have declared a nuclear Iran unacceptable, they are secretly working on plans to live and deal with that exact scenario.

"The more they looked at the intelligence and the information they had, the more pessimistic they have become about what could be achieved on the operational front by military action," said Dan Goure, a Pentagon adviser. "Military strikes might only set the programme back a couple of years, but the current thinking is that it is just not worth the risks."

This outcome seems more and more likely as the resolve of the US and Israeli leadership erodes under pressure from the spineless leftards of the world. We will all pay the price for their folly. It's back to the bomb shelters, once again, only this time we'll use them.

What Is ICE Thinking?

Newsmax reports on immigrants Pedro and Salvacion Servano who have been model U.S. residents since arriving from the Philippines in the 1980s. Pedro is a prominent family doctor in Pennsylvania and his wife runs a grocery store and bakery. Two of their four children have graduated from Temple University, one is in high school and another in middle school.

It seems an error they made about their marital status on visas many years ago is causing them to face deportation to the Philippines.

Newsmax writes that letters of support to the government have poured in from local dignitaries, Servano's patients and even someone from the Department of Homeland Security, which oversees ICE.

"I fervently believe in the ICE mission. However, the Servanos did not sneak into this country illegally, they have broken no laws, and they have not been a burden to the economy. They pose no threat," DHS counterterrorism operative Bill Schweigart wrote in a letter obtained by The Daily Item of Sunbury. "I cannot fathom how deporting the Servanos fulfills any portion of the ICE mission. In fact, I would argue the action runs counter to it."

I would have to agree. It seems sanctuary and compassion are afforded only to gang members, criminals and publicity whores. If you're the kind of immigrant who plays by the rules and respects the hospitality of our nation, expect persecution.

Rudy The Red State Rein Dear

Giuliani is going after the conservatives bigtime, assuring them that if elected president he will appoint federal judges who adhere to their principles. On Friday, speaking to a conservative legal group, he praised a judge who declared the capital city's gun ban unconstitutional and ridiculed efforts to eliminate the words "under God" from the Pledge of Allegiance.

"We're seeking to find judges who understand the very, very important concept that judges exist to interpret the law, not to invent the law," he said.

Right now, I'm for the Republican candidate who has the best chance against the Clinton coven. It's looking more and more like Rudy Giuliani is that man. Still, it's a long way to election day.

Richardson's Top Priority Is Not US Security

In the debate of Democrats at Las Vegas, Governor Bill Richardson of New Mexico has eliminated himself from the presidency and any office close to it. In response to a question about Pakistan he said, "Security is more important than human rights. If I'm president, it's the other way around."

If Richardson is elected president, I guess he only plans to preserve, protect and defend if it doesn't interfere with his definition of human rights which would include amnesty for illegals.

What do you expect from a man who's against a wall to secure our southern border, cares moere about illegals than American citizens and thinks the world's problems can be solved with the mantra, "give peace a chance."

Meanwhile, Hillary says she has taken to wearing asbestos slacks. Could it have anything to do with "Liar, liar, pants are on fire"?

Lieberman, Last of The Democrat Patriots

Joe Lieberman is one of those men that you may agree with sometimes and disagree with at other times, yet he always commands your respect.

Thanks to an article by William Kristol (also a good read) at the Weekly Standard, I went to Senator Lieberman's site and read this.

Here is a sample that I hope will whet your appetite:

But there is something profoundly wrong—something that should trouble all of us—when we have elected Democratic officials who seem more worried about how the Bush administration might respond to Iran’s murder of our troops, than about the fact that Iran is murdering our troops.

There is likewise something profoundly wrong when we see candidates who are willing to pander to this politically paranoid, hyper-partisan sentiment in the Democratic base—even if it sends a message of weakness and division to the Iranian regime.

Hillary Performs As Predicted

What did I tell you here yesterday? "Hillary may finally be able to tell us what her opinion is this week on rewarding illegals with the perks of citizenship. As I write, her staff is probably preparing her statement along with a stooge to set her up with the right kind of question."

And, here she goes, "I support Governor Spitzer's decision today to withdraw his proposal," Clinton said in a statement. "As president, I will not support driver's licenses for undocumented people and will press for comprehensive immigration reform that deals with all of the issues around illegal immigration including border security and fixing our broken system."

The woman is so cold and calculating, she has now become predictable. This is partly because she actually believes her own horse puckey.

Spitzer Briefly Lapses Into Sanity

FOXNews reports that New York's goofy governor, Eliot Spitzer has signaled to the state's lawmakers that he is shelving his plan to issue driver's licenses to illegal aliens.

If this is true then, once again, the will of the American people has turned away another attack of liberal lunacy.

Also, Hillary may finally be able to tell us what her opinion is this week on rewarding illegals with the perks of citizenship. As I write, her staff is probably preparing her statement along with a stooge to set her up with the right kind of question.

The Arafat Legacy Continues

Yasser Arafat's legacy of death is still bearing its rotten fruit in the Middle East. At a rally in Gaza City to commemorate his death, at least six have died from gunfire.

The opponents are the secular Fatah and Isalmist Hamas. Hamas has banned opposition rallies since its takeover of Gaza. However, stopping a ceremony to honor Arafat would not have been possible. So great is the Palestinian worship of this devil's spawn, it crosses all factions.

The demonstration became chaotic as Hamas security began shooting. Hamas officials said they fired toward Fatah protesters for throwing stones at the security compounds. Others said the shots were fired when the crowd began taunting Hamas security forces, accusing them of serving the interests of Shia ruled Iran. The crowd chanted the word "Shia" repeatedly. That's enough to get you shot by Isalmomaniacs.

And we want these lunatics to have their own country?

UPDATE: According to The Jerusalem Post there are seven dead, eighty five wounded and 400 arrested.

Remembering Our Veterans

As we say a heartfelt thank you to all veterans, David Drake thought it might be interesting to see which liberal blogs even made mention of it. So Butch, at 123beta turned it into a project. Check it out.

Once again, to all those men and women who have defended and those who continue to protect our nation we can never truly express our gratitude. God bless you all and the nation you serve so well.

Hillary, A Member Of The Know Nothing Party

Hillary Clinton responded to allegations Sunday that her presidential campaign had planted questions during public appearances by adopting the Sergeant Schultz motto. "I see nothing, I hear nothing und I know nothing!"

Refusing to take responsibility for the actions of her own team Clinton protested, "Well it was news to me. And neither I nor my campaign approve of that. And it will certainly not be tolerated." If her campaign doesn't approve of it, then why are they doing it. It seems this is hardly an isolated incident.

When a reporter went on to ask if Hillary knew of other incidents beyond those reported. Clinton responded saying, "You know everything I know." Will that be how she answers the press if elected president?

It seems the Clintons can't help but cheat at everything they do, even with each other. Then, they are indignant when confronted with it. This nation can ill afford to put this dysfunctional duo back in power. She must be stopped at all costs.

Campaign 2008

I have added another blog to the roll, Campaign2008VictoryA. I encourage you to visit and comment. I myself am planning to spread my political donation money around, especially to help defeat political vermin like Jack Murtha.

Steve Maloney has helpful information for those who would like to contribute and support the kind of men and women we want representing us.

We will never all agree on all candidates, but in many cases we are well aware of those we don't want and who are in fact a detriment to the American way of life. Let's put our money where are mouths are and begin cleaning house. Thanks in advance for visiting Steve and thanks to you, Steve, for a job well done.

Attacks On Free Speech Continue

The attack on free speech grows stronger. CAIR has targeted Michael Savage by pressing advertisers to withdraw their sponsorship. Savage, of course, is fighting back. He is urging his listeners to protect freedom of speech: "Email your representative; investigate CAIR for manipulating the U.S. media," his Web site says.

I don't always agree with Michael Savage, but I most certainly agree with his right to express his opinion. Whether it's cartoons, the pope quoting a 14th century Byzantine Emperor or Michael Savage railing against hijabs and burkas, Muslims seem to have a great deal of difficulty catching on to the free speech concept. They are joined in this by some idiot Americans who fail to understand if you censor someone, you can censor anyone.

Infringement on free speech coupled with attacks on the right to bear arms will lead to the destruction of our nation. The threat is far greater than most people believe.

Without Mercy

In a new display of disgusting behavior, Somali Muslim militia dragged the body of an Ethiopian soldier through the streets of Mogadishu. Shouting "God is great" which they seem to believe is justification for their barbaric acts, they pulled the bullet ridden corpse through the streets of their capital as they had done with American soldiers' bodies years before.

"Ethiopians will launch violent attacks on us, for some of their comrades have been killed today," said Rahma Nor Omar, an elderly woman in the capital. "They will be like wounded animals."

If there are any animals in Mogadishu it is the Islamic swine that treats the body of a fallen enemy in such a manner. I truly hope the Ethiopians hunt them down and kill them without mercy, which is what we should have done in 1993 when they desecrated our dead.

The Persian Three Thousand

On Wednesday, Iranian madman Mahmoud Ahmadinejad announced that his country has 3,000 working centrifuges. Hours later, Israel's Defense Minister Ehud Barak said a military operation was a viable option for dealing with the Iranian nuclear threat.

"We cannot take any option off the table and we need to study operational aspects," Barak said, adding that he could not go into detail. "This is not just for the coming months but also for the coming two years," he said.

US experts say 3,000 centrifuges are enough to produce a nuclear weapon, perhaps as soon as within a year.

Somebody needs to stop Iran, even French President Nicolas Sarkozy recently said that an Iran with nuclear weapons is "unacceptable." If Washington remains reluctant to step up to the plate, how far will Israel let the scales tip before taking action?

Three Years Later, Kerry Has His Comeback

OK, everyone, John Kerry is ready now. He has the answers, the comeback for those nasty swift boaters who contested his war record three years ago. John, can you say "slow witted."

Not since George Costanza of Seinfeld tried to deliver a retort to a coworker who caught him stuffing his face with shrimp have I seen such a pathetic attempt to save face.

On Monday, Kerry indicated he may still have designs on the presidency and if that wasn't funny enough, he said he's compiled a dossier on his war record. It sounds like Nixon's transcripts of his tapes. Why doesn't Kerry just open everything up to everyone right now and be done with it? Can he possibly look any more ridiculous and pathetic?

This is the last gasp of a desperate man. When you scheme and deceive most of your adulthood to attain a goal and then fail to reach it, you must view your life as rather shallow and pointless.

To further illustrate how much he doesn't get it, Kerry then went on to wonder why Republicans seem to have cornered the Evangelical vote. Listen to this convoluted quote. ``Evangelicals care enormously about the centrality of the teachings of Jesus Christ and of the Bible,'' he said. ``If you lead a life and if you are involved in issues that manifest a concern for those kinds of issues, there’s no reason that one separate issue or another ought to create a wedge.''

As John reminded us during his stumbling run for the White House, he reread the New Testament to make sure he didn't miss anything. The man just doesn't get it and he never will.

Impeach Kucinich

Ohio's representative demented Dennis Kucinich who is running for the Democrat nomination for president is crazier than a crap house rat. This is a man who along with Jesse Jackson and Ed Asner signed a solidarity letter to Hugo Chavez where they promised to encourage the White House and Congress to see Venezuela as a model democracy. Does he even understand the concept?

Now, this fruit loop is planning a procedural move on the House floor that would call up a vote on his resolution to impeach Vice President Dick Cheney.

"The vice president is cherry-picking intelligence and selectively using facts in a manner that does not portray the complete picture," Kucinich said in a statement Monday. "The best option to prevent an unnecessary war with Iran is to impeach the vice president, the lead cheerleader of the war. The Constitution gave Congress the power to impeach. Congress must use its power to restrain the administration and impeach the vice president before he prods the United States into another war."

Why a guy who couldn't manage the city of Cleveland is in Congress is incomprehensible to me. Who would vote for this moron? Still, it should come as no surprise that this wacko supports the Kyoto Protocol, favors nuclear disarmament (led by the US), praises Syria and was the only congressperson to vote against the 9/11 Commemoration Resolution.

This weasel is in our chicken coop and needs to be removed, preferably gutted and skinned.

Auditioning For Tehran Tom

Iranians nationwide demonstrated on Sunday to celebrate the 28th anniversary of the takeover of the U.S. Embassy.

A mob in Tehran gathered outside the former U.S. Embassy burning US and Israeli flags and chanting their tired old slogans.

I'm amazed Jimmy Carter wasn't there since he's as responsible for the incident as the crazy so called students who seized the actual building. He was probably busy building habitats for Hamas.

Anyway, every November fourth a pathetic pack of Persian psychotics gets together to revel in what they consider a great victory. I guess when you haven't been a world player for 1500 years any achievement becomes a victory.

This year Mostafa Pourmohammadi, Iran's interior minister, was the Muslim mouthpiece. "The Americans threaten once and give in ten times because they know that the Iranian nation is greater and more stable than the threats." He sounds like our old friend Baghdad Bob. Maybe Mostafa will be Tehran Tom when the time comes.

Strike Two

Fred Thompson said Sunday that he wishes he had known earlier that one of his key presidential campaign advisers pleaded guilty to drug charges but he still thinks Phil Martin is "a good man."

This is a guy I initially jumped on the bandwagon for, Fred Thompson that is.

In this day and age if you don't have a team vetting your staff you're an idiot or have surrounded yourself with them. This candidate is looking less and less like presidential material. Sorry, I just don't have patience for ineptness like this anymore. There's too much at stake.

The Word You Can't Say On The Phone

I am not a fan of the A&E television show "Dog, The Bounty Hunter" or its star Duane “Dog” Chapman. However, it is a mystery to me why this man does not have the right, in private conversation, to say what he wishes no matter how repugnant it may be to others. What the hell is happening to our right of free speech? Why should he have his show pulled from the air indefinitely by A&E because of a private phone conversation in which he used the dreaded "N" word. A word which seems to be freely used by black entertainers with little or no condemnation. A word which Robert Byrd a United States senator and former Klan member seems to be able to use with impunity.

As George Carlin used to say in his "The seven words you can't say on television" there are no bad words. Bad thoughts. Bad Intentions. But, no bad words.

I'm beginning to fear that this nation is headed in the same direction as the religion of perpetual indignation that riots over cartoons and speeches by the pope.

I love words and yes words can harm. We use them to hurt our loved ones as well as those not so loved, but does that mean we must stoop to censorship?

As others before me have said there is no protection against being offended, nor should there be. I just wonder if the people who decry security surveillance cameras because they expect privacy in a public place will leap to the Dog's defense. Will the ACLU, who championed the public march of the National Socialist Party of America through a neighborhood that was home to many Holocaust survivors, (Skokie Illinois) champion Dog's right to speak as he wishes in a private phone conversation? Somehow, I doubt it.

If we do not speak out to defend the free speech of others then our own is in peril.

Stay Tuned For The Weather Next Century

From FOXNews comes the opinion of a member of the United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. According to him many scientists do not see global warming as a developing catastrophe and there is no smoking gun proving that human activity is to blame for the warming that does occur.

John Christy, the director of the Earth System Science Center at the University of Alabama at Huntsville, says he cringes when he hears 100-year weather forecasts when it is incredibly difficult to accurately predict the weather five days from now. Anyone who listens to their local weather person can vouch for that. Weather forecasting is about as accurate as fortune telling.

Christy wrote in The Wall Street Journal, "Mother Nature simply operates at a level of complexity that is, at this point, beyond the mastery of mere mortals (such as scientists) and the tools available to us."

He also points out that a recent CNN report on climate change made much of the shrinking Arctic sea ice cover, but did not mention that winter sea ice around Antarctica set a record maximum last month. CNN loves to spin the liberal party line so it comes as no surprise as to how they present their version of news.

Gadhafi Makes Al-Qaida's Hit List

You know the times have changed when terrorists are threatening Moammar Gadhafi and accusing him of being an ally of the "Washington crusaders."

In an audio tape called "Unity of the Ranks," Ayman al-Zawahri announced that the Libyan Islamic Fighting Group was joining ranks with al-Qaida.

"The Islamic nation is witnessing a blessed step ... The brothers are escalating the confrontation against the enemies of Islam: Gadhafi and his masters, the Washington crusaders."

For years, the U.S. had regarded Libya as a terrorist sponsor state.Libya even had its own secret nuclear program. But a few years ago, Gadhafi seemed to have a change of heart and the nuclear program was dismantled, Libya reached settlements with the victims of its terrorist airplane bombings and it has been assisting the U.S. in hunting down al-Qaida in the Middle East and North Africa.

I wonder how Gadhafi feels to be on the receiving end of terrorist threats for a change?

Global Warming Hits The Senate

There has been a series of small fires in the Senate office building. One was detected and put out Friday morning. It was the latest of about seven fires in the Dirksen and Hart buildings in the past two months. Most have been in women's restrooms.

Four fires were set October 3 and two were started the last week in September. There are no suspects and no one has been arrested, she said.

Let me suggest asking Harry Reid. I'm sure he can tie it to global warming as he did with the fires in California. Why the whole country is a veritable tinderbox waiting to be set off by one of Dick Cheney's errant gunshots.

At first I suspected Larry Craig, thinking he was sending gay smoke signals from a stall, but then they said it was the ladies room so I ruled him out. Still, he could be cross dressing just to throw the police off his trail.

Anyone else have any suspects?

Were We There?

For what it's worth, the Al-Jazeera Web site has reported that the September air raid over Syria was carried out by the US Air Force. It quoted both Israeli and Arab sources and said that two American jets armed with tactical nuclear weapons carried out the attack on the partially constructed Syrian nuclear site. Israeli F-15 and F-16 jets supposedly provided cover for the US planes.

One must consider the source, but is it possible this was a practice run? A small coordinated effort by the Israelis and the US to work out any kinks in coordinating such an attack on a larger scale? Al-Jazeera also said each US plane carried one tactical nuclear weapon and that the nuclear site was hit by one bomb and was totally destroyed.

This Lady Is A Tramp

The Wicked Witch of Wellesley returned to her alma mater Tuesday. Wellesley is an all-women’s college in Massachusetts and Hillary's campaign suggested this week’s debate could help her with women voters.

Hillary told the assembled coven, “in so many ways, this all women’s college prepared me to compete in the all boys’ club of presidential politics.”

Yet her aides told The Washington Post, ‘Ultimately, it was six guys against her, and she came off as one strong woman."

What nonsense. On one hand her people are saying that "the men" (and they have to mean that broadly to encompass UFO Kucinich and Johnny Edwards) are piling up on her, yet we are to believe she can hold her own with anyone. If she were president, she'd have to deal with mostly male world leaders, many of whom, especially in the Middle East, don't think women are fit to lead. But, once again the Clinton's want to have it both ways. Treat Hillary like a lady even though she's a political whore. Get a life Democrats, this horse has been ridden hard and put away wet too many times to be treated like a thoroughbred.

Harry Reid, Still Riding The Traitor's Train

I don't recall this getting any big play on the news, but here, once again, in direct defiance of the will of the American people is another Democrat leader promising amnesty to the illegals in America. This time it's dirty Harry.

On Monday, Harry was the honored guest of Azteca, an Hispanic TV network. Here's a piece of what he said:

"They can do all the mean spirited things they want. I'm going to move
ahead with an agenda that is positive. It's easy to be negative. What we
need to do of course is comprehensive immigration reform. We didn't do that. We were stopped by the Republicans. But that doesn't mean we
shouldn't continue to do the right thing."

Democrats have such a problem telling the truth. Shamnesty wasn't stopped by the Republicans, it was stopped by the American people rising up and jamming the phones, faxes and emails in Washington DC because they were outraged that weasels like you, Harry, were selling out our nation. Sooner or later, you will pay the price for your brazen treasonous efforts.

Hillary, The Epitome of Evasion

After failing to escape criticism for avoiding a direct answer to the licenses for illegals question during the Democrat debate, the camp of the Hillarybeast is trying to recover.

“Senator Clinton supports governors like Governor Spitzer who believe they need such a measure to deal with the crisis caused by this administration’s failure to pass comprehensive immigration reform,’” her campaign has announced.

This tactic only makes her look worse. First she is still not answering the question directly. Never mind the governors, does she believe such a measure is needed. If she does, why didn't she solve the illegal alien problem when she and Bubba were co-presidents as they like to think of themselves? The illegal invasion was every bit as bad during their eight long years in office and they did squat. The present administration pushed like blazes for amnesty, but it was the Senate, of which Shrillary is a member that dropped that hot potato.

She is afraid to come out and admit that she is for something that the vast majority of Americans are against. After all, she and Bill have always escaped the consequences of their actions why shouldn't the illegals. They will become good zombie Democrats.

Hillary like her hubby is the epitome of evasion. This time she got caught, but will she pay the price?

Pelosi Pal's Plutonium Plot

Giraffe Boy Bashar Assad, president of Syria seems to have been personally responsible for the nuclear deal with North Korea. Documentary proof obtained from the presidential bureau and signed by Assad in person, are now in the hands of the US and Israeli intelligence services.

DEBKAfile reports that
Assad handed down a specific order in his own handwriting that North Korea not be charged for Syrian goods, including an annual shipment of 100,000 tons of Durham wheat for five years worth a total of $120 million. This is the equivalent of the value of the reactor for producing plutonium up to its most radioactive stage, which North Korea promised Syria.

This is Nancy Pelosi's pal about whom she said, "We were very pleased with the assurances we received from the president that he was ready to resume the peace process. He's ready to engage in negotiations for peace with Israel." Sure Nancy, and we're lucky to have you as our Speaker of the House.

Every bit as evil as Mahmoud the madman in Iran, Assad is an ongoing threat to world peace and needs to be dealt with accordingly. This recent incident only underscores the folly of the grinning fool Nancy Pelosi allowing herself to be Assad's useful idiot by visiting him despite the objections of her own government. Why isn't the media calling her on it?

Pyongyang go here.

When You Care Enough To Send The Very Best

The Defense Department has asked for $88 million to retrofit B-2 Stealth bombers so they can carry 30,000-pound “bunker buster” bombs. The request is included in the president's latest war funding list and is described as an “urgent operational need from theater commanders.”

Where is there a need at present for such ordnance? As this New York Post article says bombing in Iraq or Afghanistan doesn't require stealth aircraft. That would seem to only leave our friend the great unwashed madman Mahmoud in Iran. The MOP (massive ordnance penetrator) or "bunker buster" has the capacity to destroy targets that are deep underground. The only reason to retrofit Stealth bombers to carry them would seem to be Iran's nuclear facilities.

Negotiation is leading nowhere and Putin and China are obviously not going to help. Whether the party of peace at any price likes it or not we must be ready for what seems to be inevitable. Check out what John Bolton has to say about Iran here.

The Peace At Any Price Party

Democrats in Congress are determined to put themselves on record as opposing American military action in Iran. It doesn't matter what the right thing is to do, only what is politically advantageous to the party.

Senate Majority Whip Richard 'the turban" Durbin introduced legislation Thursday that would require Bush to seek Congress' blessing before taking any military action in Iran. I'm sure he only wants to protect the peace living Persians from our Gestapo.

And there's more braying from the donks. "Every day now, it seems that the confrontational rhetoric between the United States and Iran escalates," said Democratic Senator Robert "Sheets" Byrd, chairman of the Senate Appropriations Committee.

"President Bush needs to understand that the Congress will not be kept out of the loop while his administration plots another march to war," said Byrd. After which he probably hurried off to his Klan rehab meeting.

These two are but a sampling of Democrat lunacy and they are spokesmen. Imagine what the rank and file is like.

Our Nation Unprotected

Why is the fact that our border is being violated by the army of another country not receiving more press? Why are the headlines not screaming about the Mexican military abusing our sovereignty?

This article talks about Mexican military incursions onto the U.S. side of the border and the fact that they are aiding drug smugglers on our border.

It states that incursions have been reported for years by U.S. law enforcement offices and by illegal aliens. Yet, both governments would prefer not to acknowledge the problem. When pressured, the U.S. discounts it, while Mexican officials deny it. Someuyimes they accuse drug smugglers disguised as soldiers.

The article continues that either (a) the Mexican Army can’t secure its materiel stores, or (b) it can’t control the border area, which is hardly reassuring .

What is hardly reassuring is that our government will not, absolutely refuses in fact, to control the border area. It prefers to let the Mexican military, drug smugglers and illegals run amok.

What a sad day that our nation no longer has leadership willing to protect it.

Unpopular Congress To Work Less

Democrats are now planning a lighter schedule when the 110th Congress begins its second year in mid-January, according to a report in the New York Times.

The House Democrats want to work less often. The only thing lower than their popularity is their number of good ideas, so it's probably just as well they stay home. Having been defeated in the selling out of the nation to illegal aliens, they now need to regroup and come up with more nefarious schemes to sabotage the country.

The House majority leader, Democrat Steny Hoyer, announced that the House would not be in session next year on Fridays except in June for work on appropriations bills.

Explaining the schedule to reporters, Hoyer said, “I do intend to have more time for members to work in their districts and to be close to their families.”

Remember when the Donks promised a five day work week? It's just another broken promise from the party of progressive prevaricators.

What they are planning is how to inflict the mother of all tax hikes and give everything to everyone whether they've earned it or not.

Alert, Liberal Losers Are Loose Among Us

On my post that had nothing to do with Hillary, comes a comment from a concerned citizen. Here's the warning from the Uncivil Defense Unit.

How mentally messed up are these idiots? This kind of crap makes me want to vote for her if the choice is close. Who wouldn't want to piss off these morons?

My God, if there were ever an argument for euthanasia this is it. If only liberals had discovered birth control sooner!

The tragedy is that liberals know in order to get elected they have to bring these psychotics into the fold. Their integrity is so non-existent that they would rather cater to this insanity than lose. That alone tells us who we're dealing with.

Yemen Should Pay Dearly

U.S. law enforcement officials Friday condemned Yemen's release of one of the leaders of the 2000 bombing of the USS Cole, which killed 17 U.S. soldiers. We are dismayed and deeply disappointed in the government of Yemen's decision not to imprison [Jamal al-Badawi]," said a Justice Department statement issued by the Department's National Security Division.

"We have communicated our displeasure to Yemeni officials," the statement said.

Former New York City Mayor and presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani promptly called for the U.S. government to cancel $20 million in aid to Yemen for releasing al-Badawi. That's not good enough.

Will that be our response, to cancel aid? What happened to you're either with us or against us? Are those more empty words from our leaders?

This pig of the prophet should be hunted down, executed and those who released him and aided him should suffer the same fate. If we do not take the gloves off in this fight for our lives, we deserve what we get.

The Camel Is Outside The Tent

All is not unity and brotherhood in the terrorist camp of Islam. Militant web sites have posted thousands of insults and threats against Al-Jazeera for airing excerpts in which Osama bin Laden criticizes insurgents, including his own followers.

Members of the religion of perpetual fury reacted with "God fight Al-Jazeera" and "Al-Jazeera directors have shamefully chosen to back the Crusaders' side and the defenders of hypocrites and the thugs and traitors of Iraq."

Here's one of my favorites, "Your day will come, vile one. As long as we live, you won't be safe, Jazeera." They even compared the station to a "miserable fly in the garbage."

"It's not about Al-Jazeera, it's about their shock from bin Laden," said Diaa Rashwan, an Egyptian expert on Islamic militant groups. "For the first time, bin Laden, who used to be the spiritual leader who gives guidance, became a critic of Al-Qaida and is confessing mistakes. This is unusual."

And how dare Al-Jazeera report it. May they lose all their fingers and get bowling balls to celebrate the end of Ramadan.
