Illegals Will Be Able to Get Health Care Coverage

Hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens would be able to receive health care coverage from their employers under the bills currently before Congress. Is anyone shocked?

Even though Obama pledged that illegals would not benefit from this health care "reform," the Democrats who wrote the House bill admit it could happen. It will happen. The Democrat response? It is not their intention to provide benefits to illegals, but it's the outcome of people breaking the law.What?

"It's possible an employee could deceive an employer with a fraudulent document, just as under current law, to gain employment, just as it's possible for all sorts of criminal activity to occur, and why we have law enforcement," said Nadeam Elshami, a spokesman for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi. So why not put more penalties into this bill and make them harsh enough to deter criminal activity.

Are the Democrats admitting illegals engage in criminal activity? That alone would be a step forward.

Holder Schedules the Rape of Justice

Now that five terrorists who murdered nearly 3,000 people in this nation's deadliest terrorist attack will face a civilian federal trial just blocks from the World Trade Center site, we will be subjected to an endless stream of the psycho prophet's propaganda. It will be documented and become part of the official judicial and historical record.

Scott Fenstermaker, the lawyer for terrorist Ali Abd al-Aziz Ali, said the men would not deny their role in the 2001 attacks but "would explain what happened and why they did it." Do we care why they did it?

Ali and the others will explain "their assessment of American foreign policy," Fenstermaker said.

"Their assessment is negative," he said. Does that justify the horrible murders of almost 3,000 innocent people? Only if you are as insane as they are and that must include Fenstermaker since he thinks this is a viable defense. Or is it merely his intent to waste the courts time by giving a soap box to the rantings of lunatics? How will this help the survivors and families of those murdered?

Senate Majority Leader Dirty Harry Reid has published the final text of a Senate health care bill that would mandate federally subsidized abortion. So the Democrats, once again, spit on the people of faith in this nation and continue to attempt to force us to pay for the murder of unborn infants.

He is not only indecisive about protecting our nation and our military, he will not even declare if he is pro life or pro death for the most innocent and helpless among us. Bart Stupak a pro life Democrat representative from Michigan describes to CNS his conversation with our "brilliant" president.

“I called him,” said Stupak. “I called the president--had a discussion with the president. And I read exactly what you just said [Obama's statement from his Sept. 9 speech saying that 'under our plan, no federal dollars will be used to fund abortions']. And he said: ‘What it says is “under my plan”’—meaning the president’s plan. And I said: ‘With all due respect, sir, you do not have a plan. The only plan we have out is the House plan.’ So, I don’t know if it is a game of semantics or what.”

This is the bozo running our nation? People we are screwed, big time. Stupak has hit the nail on the head, ‘With all due respect, sir, you do not have a plan."

Approaching the speed of a moving glacier, President Barack Obama said in an interview with CNN on Wednesday he is "very close" to a decision on boosting troop levels in Afghanistan and would make an announcement "in the next several weeks."
How many times have we heard that or something similar from the procrastination administration in the last several weeks?

Meanwhile, what he called a "war of necessity" continues and American lives are lost because of his indecisiveness. If it were George Bush diddling around like this, the media and its leftard minions would be apoplectic. But, because it's Barack, he's only being careful to make the right decision.

Indecision is always a terrible thing, but it is particularly horrendous when it involves life and death. Go or get off the pot, Obama.

While pushing job killing legislation like the cap and trade bill and Obamacare, the president seems mystified that the job market is stagnant.

So, what's his solution? He plans to hold a White House jobs summit in December. Not since Gerald Ford handed out WIN (whip inflation now) buttons have we seen executive economic leadership such as this.

It sure would be nice to have someone who understands business sitting in the Oval Office right now, someone who has had to be successful at something besides rabble rousing for ACORN. It would be nice if someone like, say Mitt Romney, were leading us out of this disaster, this Obamanation.

Obama Warns About Extremists?

Our president has decided who America's enemy is and it's not the islamomaniacs. In his private pep talk to Democrats, recognized Mr. Owens election and then posed a question to the other lawmakers. According to Representative Earl Blumenauer of Oregon the president asked, “Does anybody think that the teabag, anti-government people are going to support them if they bring down health care? All it will do is confuse and dispirit” Democratic voters “and it will encourage the extremists.”

So the extremists are those American citizens who oppose this insane unconstitutional government fiat requiring them to have health insurance. But, don't jump to any conclusions about murderous muslims. That would be wrong.

Now, despite the dazzling diplomacy of Barack and Hillary, the three American hikers detained in Iran after accidentally crossing into the country from Iraq have been charged with espionage. In other words, Iran is holding Americans hostage again and why not? They never paid a price for it the first time around so why shouldn't they try it again.

Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said that the fate of the three hikers rests with judicial authorities. There's a joke, but unfortunately the fate of Iran lies with Barack Hussein Obama so, once again, they have little to fear.

Hasan is a Teachable Moment

U.S. intelligence agencies were aware months ago that Army Major Nidal Hasan was attempting to make contact with people associated with al Qaeda, two American officials briefed on classified material in the case told ABC News. Is anyone surprised?

"If Hasan was showing signs, saying to people that he had become an Islamist extremist, the U.S. Army has to have a zero tolerance," Senator joe Lieberman told Fox News Sunday. The senator is right, but in our pc world you can be sure there were people reluctant to complain lest they be labeled racists and hate mongers.

CAIR, the ACLU and the "reverends" are just a few of the attack dogs that will be unleashed upon you if even suggest subversive or bizarre behavior by a person of the new specially protected classes in America. We're told not to jump to conclusions by the president, who failed to heed that advice when it came to a white police officer in Cambridge recently. There's no jumping here, Mr. President, the evidence is ample and it was there all along, but people like you caused it to be ignored.

Continuing his never ending attacks on America and its Judeo-Christian traditions, Barack Obama sounded like a gay activist in his speech to the Human Rights Campaign Saturday night.

"My expectation is that when you look back on these years, you will see a time in which we put a stop to discrimination against gays and lesbians, whether in the office or on the battlefield,” he told an estimated audience of 3,000. “You will see a time in which we as a nation finally recognize relationships between two men or two women as just as real and admirable as relationships between a man and a woman.”

So, there you have it. You gun-clinging, bible toting bitter residents of small town America, better look out. The president is planning a community of Sodom near you soon.

If there was ever a bitter resident of America poster boy contest, Barack could win it hands down.

Obama Achieves Jobless Rate of 10.2%

Remember when Obama's propagandists initially said that the porkulus would keep unemployment under 8% ? Well, guess what. We're officially in double digit unemployment now.

The unemployment rate reached a 26-year high of 10.2 percent, up from 9.8 percent in September, the Department of Labor said Friday in its monthly economic appraisal.

Dean Baker, a director for the Center for Economic and Policy Research, said he did not expect declining unemployment rates until next spring. “We may be looking at very high levels,” Mr. Baker said, “barring a policy response, for several years into the future.”

How can this be? Barack and his boys are fixing everything. Their plan is operational, we are back from the brink. Oh yeah, and the Health Plan, Cap and Trade and an Amnesty Bill will complete the package. Then, we can tackle Afghanistan!

Pelosi, a Pathological Liar

I know it comes as no shock to anyone, but on September 24th, when Nancy Pelosi told THE WEEKLY STANDARD that she was "absolutely" committed to putting the text of the final House bill online for 72 hours before the House votes, she outright lied.

Thursday night, when asked if Speaker Pelosi will leave the bill online for 72 hours after we see what's in the rule, Pelosi spokesman Brendan Daly replied in an email: "No; [the] pledge was to have manager’s amendment online for 72 hours, and we will do that."

It is unbelievable that this scum in Washington thinks they can tell us anything and get away with it. They are running amok and it is time to round them up and mete out justice.

Roland Burris Asks, What Does the Constitution Say

CNS asked Roland Burris, the Democrat senator from Illinois, what specific part of the Constitution authorizes Congress to mandate that individuals must purchase health insurance. Here's Roland's response. “Well, that’s under certainly the laws of the protect the health, welfare of the country. That’s under the Constitution. We’re not even dealing with any constitutionality here. Should we move in that direction? What does the Constitution say? To provide for the health, welfare and the defense of the country.”

Gee, Roland, what does the Constitution say? Upon taking office, Senators-elect must swear or affirm that they will "support and defend the Constitution". Shouldn't they be required to know what's in it? Not Roland, the man who replaced Obama in Illinois by being appointed by Beagle Boy Blagojevich.

We have Senators and Representatives who do not know what the Constitution says. Is it any wonder they don't bother reading the bills, what possible difference could it make to them?

Someone clue Roland that the word health does not appear in the US Constitution.

Three days ago, during a campaign stop in New Jersey, Barack Obama described Jon Corzine as “one of the best partners I have in the White house. We work together,” Obama said, “We know our work is far from over.”

Guess what, Barack, it's over.

Voters rejected the incumbent Corzine, despite the president's efforts to help him win.

Of course, Tim Kaine the Donk party chairman, issued a propaganda piece prepared ahead of time saying that Democrat losses should not be viewed as a referendum on President Obama or Democrat policies. They don't want them viewed that way even though they are a rejection of Obama and his policies.

I know New Jersey, I own a home there. It is a Democrat stronghold and suffers economically because of it. Property taxes are ridiculous. In fact, I plan to unload my house as soon as there is a market allowing me to do so.

Despite the Democrat machine, despite the visit by the Lord of the Teleprompter, Corzine lost. He lost because Americans are sending a message to Obama and his minions. But, nothing deafens like pride and arrogance and there is no shortage of either at the White House.

No Dissent, Where Have We Heard That Before?

In what has got to be one of his dumbest statements ever, Joe Biden asked voters in Watertown, NY to support the Democrat, Bill Owens in the House race. "We're not asking you to switch your party," Bozo Biden pitched to supporters of RINO Dede Scozzafava. "We're just saying, join us in teaching a lesson to absolutists who come and tell us that no dissent is permitted within their own party."

Has Biden no recollection of what his own party did to Joe Lieberman as recently as 2006? Furious over his refusal to join them in an all out surrender in Iraq, a war Harry Reid declared lost, the Donks purged Joe Lieberman (he was their candidate for VP in 2000) from the party.

Biden is more of a fool than a hypocrite, but he is both. Because of that he is right at home in the Democrat Party.

Someone Shut Them Up, Please

The Palestinians are whining and wailing again. Hillary Clinton said Saturday that Israel is making "unprecedented" concessions on West Bank settlement construction. That, however, is not good enough for these trouble makers.

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas spokesman Nabil Abu Rdeneh, responding to Clinton's comments, said, "There can be no excuse for the continuation of settlements, which is really the main obstacle in the way of any credible peace process.

"Israel is not interested in stopping its settlement activities and the American administration didn't succeed in convincing the Israeli government to stop these activities," he said. "There should be a real change in the Israeli position toward this issue in order for the peace process to be restarted."

The Palestinians are a joke. They can't control Hamas, they can't honor a cease fire or a truce and they've done absolutely nothing to recommend themselves as deserving of becoming a nation. We already have enough asylums, see North Korea, Libya, Sudan and Iran, asylums masquerading as nations. Why add another?
