The religion of peace and tolerance has moved from cartoons, to piglet, to the pope, to the Teddy Bear. In Sudan, Gillian Gibbons was convicted of insulting Islam because she named a Teddy Bear Mohammed.
Following prayer meetings, Sudanese savages surged into the streets, thousands strong, demanding Gibbon's execution by firing squad. They carried swords, axes, clubs and knives. Pictures of Gillian were burned as crazy clerics in pick-up trucks chanted, “No one lives who insults the prophet.” I guess he's complimented by the violens carried out in his name.
A Sword-waving fanatic Yassin Mubarak raged: “What she did requires her life to be taken.” Islamic cleric Abdul-Jalil Nazeer al-Karouri ranted: “Imprisoning this lady does not satisfy the thirst of Muslims in Sudan.” That would be their thirst for murder and the blood of innocents.
