Let us all hope this is the last we will hear of Michael Newdow and his personal vendetta against God. In a 2-1 ruling, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel rejected arguments that the phrase "under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance violates the separation between church and state. In a separate ruling the appeals court also upheld the use of the phrase "In God We Trust" on coins and currency.
If you can't convince the 9th Circus Court, Michael, you'll have little success convincing normal people. Get over it.
