In a 2003 memo, Elena Kagan called the military's ban on gays "a moral injustice of the first order." She protested the military's "don't ask, don't tell" policy while a dean at Harvard. Yet, she remained silent when Harvard accepted a $20 million gift from Saudi Arabian Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz in 2005 that was used to establish a center for Islamic Studies in his honor. Saudi Arabia, where homosexual acts are a crime and punishable by death or flogging.
No big deal, just another liberal with no integrity practicing the end justifies the means. However, this kind of individual does not belong on the Supreme Court of our nation.
