We Don't Need No Stinking Ethics

Here's a news story you won't see much of, but it sure is interesting. Nearly half the members of the Congressional Black Caucus want to dilute the procedures of the new independent Office of Congressional Ethics. You see, since it began this office has investigated eight CBC members including Charlie Rangel.

You have to wonder what chairwoman Barbara Lee and the rest of this group are worried about and why there is so little fanfare about the introduction of this piece of legislature. Are there more privately funded Caribbean trips we don't know about yet? Stay tuned.
