A student at Los Angeles City College, Jonathan Lopez, has told the LA Times that his professor, John Matteson, called him a "fascist bastard" and refused to let him finish his speech against gay marriage during a public speaking class last November. Lopez said the teacher threatened to have him expelled when he complained to college authorities.
Lopez is suing. I wonder if the ACLU is offering any assistance. Actually, Lopez is represented by the Alliance Defense Fund, a Christian legal organization.
Obviously Matteson doesn't know the meaning of fascism and, of course, he can't be reached.
