The University of Colorado Board of Regents voted to fire Ward Churchill on Tuesday evening. The loony professor will, of course, sue.
Just to make sure there was no doubt about his lunacy or that of his entourage, they showed up to the vote was carrying two long poles and drums. Churchill is a wannabe Native American and I guess he feels this gives him an air of authenticity.
The attorney for this nut case, David Lane, has a great quote, "To the public at large the message is: there will be a payback for free speech."
Well, that's absolutely true. You can say what you like, but there are consequences. If you are not prepared to deal with them then perhaps discretion is needed.
Why is it the left never wants to accept responsibility for what they do and say?
