Carter Lauded by Palestinian Pals

Our disgraceful former president, Jimmy Carter, was honored by the Palestinian government Saturday. He was awarded the Palestine International Award for Excellence and Creativity. And all along I thought that was something they gave to those who invent new ways to blow themselves up along with innocent people.

"I have been in love with the Palestinian people for many years," Carter said indicating the lust in his heart has taken a new direction.

Indicating he is leaving a legacy of antisemitism behind him, Carter said, "I have two great-grandsons that are rapidly learning about the people here and the anguish and suffering and deprivation of human rights that you have experienced ever since 1948."

I guess Jimmy thinks it's Israel's fault that the Arab world, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon and Syria, along with volunteers from Saudi Arabia, Libya and Yemen, attacked the infant state of Israel and tried to wipe it off the map.

It's time to call the attendants and have Jimmy returned to his rubber room.

Leon Knows What You Are Thinking

Our pathetic excuse for a CIA director, Leon Panetta, says it's almost as if former vice president Dick Cheney would like to see another attack on the United States. Too bad he's upset about what he thinks someone is thinking and not what someone like Nancy Pelosi is actually saying.

Regarding Cheney he said, "I think he smells some blood in the water on the national security issue. I's almost, a little bit, gallows politics. When you read behind it, it's almost as if he's wishing that this country would be attacked again, in order to make his point."

I guess Panetta has promoted himself to thought police, so be careful what he might read behind what you think and say.

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak is praising Barack Obama as a sympathetic man, who says "the United States will not fight Islam because Islam is a heavenly religion."

This is in response to our president announcing his personal jihad in Cairo, "I consider it part of my responsibility as president of the United States to fight against negative stereotypes of Islam wherever they appear."

Read this very disturbing analysis of Obama's remarks regarding Islam. Barack's choice of words do not let credence to his claim of Christianity. Are you shocked?

I See That Hate

Obama's pernicious preacher, Jeremiah Wright, thinks Barack isn't calling him these days thanks to "them Jews."

"Them Jews aren't going to let him talk to me. I told my baby daughter that he'll talk to me in five years when he's a lame duck, or in eight years when he's out of office," Wright said.

It's amazing how this black bigot gets a free pass from Barack on his hate filled speech. The White House, of course, declined to comment. They are, however, quick to point out that this is the president's ex minister, ignoring the fact that he was just fine with Obama for years and years.

Wright also said Obama should have sent a U.S. delegation to the World Conference on Racism held recently in Geneva, Switzerland, but that the president did not for fear of offending Jews and Israel.

Rabbi Scott Gurdin had an excellent comment, "I want to be cautious about what I say, because I don't want to sound like Reverend Wright, but my goodness, if a prominent Jewish person said something at a rabbinical conference that was disparaging against blacks, he (Wright) would be all over it."

That's right Rabbi, but he has a different set of rules for himself and his cronies. He's in the "Affirmative Hate" program.

A member of the religion of peace and love, repeatedly praised by our president, had this to say regarding his killing of an American soldier and the critical wounding of another.

"Yes, I did tell the police upon my arrest that this was an act of retaliation, and not a reaction on the soldiers personally," Muhammad said. He called it "a act, for the sake of God, for the sake of Allah, the Lord of all the world, and also a retaliation on U.S. military." Muhammad also disputed his lawyer's claim that he had been "radicalized" in a Yemeni prison and said fellow prisoners that some call terrorists were actually "very good Muslim brothers."

Radicalized? Why must we tolerate these bastardizations of justice?

Saudi King Wants Obama to Impose the Solution

I guess King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia took that fawning bow from Obama to heart. A Saudi newspaper says the king is telling Barack to impose a solution on Israel.

Saudi Arabia and the other Arab malcontents want Obama to get tough with Israel. Abdullah told Barack last week that Arab patience was wearing thin. I'm not sure if he's intimating that another Arab military debacle may be necessary to attract the world's sympathy.

For a president who keeps apologizing for America interfering in the business of other countries, Obama certainly doesn't seem to have a problem telling Israel how to run things. This guy is so openly prejudiced it's disgusting.

It seems Barack wants a transparent justice to round out his transparent administration.

According to the Judicial Confirmation Network, Judge Sonia Sotomayor failed to disclose to the Senate Judiciary Committee a document arguing that the death penalty is “racist” and a violation of the present “humanist” thinking of society. That sure sounds like Barack's concept of being transparent and healing the racial wounds of America.

It is becoming quite apparent, thanks to all this transparency, that Obama and his coalition of angry radicals are out to tear Ameica part for whatever their own petty grievances against her may be. These racist ingrates will stop at nothing until they reduce this nation to rubble and make it devoid of all that is noble, a reflection of their own shallow and bitter lives.

During the same speech Obama quoted passages from the Koran, emphasizing his belief in its scriptures by referring to it as the holy Koran.

If any former president had said he considered it part of his responsibility as president of the United States to fight against negative stereotypes of Christianity or Judaism, the outcry from atheists, the ACLU and yes Muslims would be deafening.

Yet, the president of our nation has singled out one religion to bless with his protection and it is not the one he claims to profess.

Dean Knows Nothing, Tells All

Howard "the Scream" Dean has psychic powers. He told CNSNews.com yesterday that Sonia Sotomayor's comment "a wise Latina woman with the richness of her experiences would more often than not reach a better conclusion than a white male who hasn't lived that life" has been taken out of context by critics.

Then he immediately conceded that he himself had not actually read the full context of the speech in which Sotomayor made the comment. Is the man amazing or what? Amazingly stupid is the answer.

“I haven’t read the piece, but I know it was taken out of context,” Dean told CNSNews.com. “People did that to me when I was running for president. It’s a favorite media trick.

“It was one sentence that they took out of a15- or 16-page statement that she was making,” Dean said. “It’s a ridiculous controversy about nothing.”

What's ridiculous is saying this with a straight face. He hasn't read something, but he knows what's in it. Isn't that how congress works? Isn't that the reason we get stupid laws?

FOX reports that North Korea is preparing to launch its most advanced missile, believed to be capable of reaching Alaska, from its west coast near China.

You would think this would warrant some action on our part, but most likely we will pretend the threat is not there. We have become very good pretenders. We pretend about everything from having immigration laws to having only American citizens vote in our elections.

Nothing is enforced except for political correctness and that is only enforced if you don't follow the party line of the left.

Sonia Sotomayor is a member of the National Council of La Raza according to the American Bar Association. Arizona Pays For Educating Mexicans

Arizona taxpayers probably have paid at least $300,000 to educate Mexican children attending a public charter school in Douglas, the state’s schools chief, Tom Horne, said Thursday. They are brought to the school in vans.

He and Attorney General Terry Goddard called on the Arizona Legislature to close a statutory loophole exempting charter schools from the same student residency requirement that applies to public schools.

“My understanding is that the Legislature intends to correct it,” Horne said in an interview. It would be nice to close the barn door sometime this century. At least they will have to illegally reside here if they want our tax money.

Wouldn't that be nice? The state is already cutting back on supporting American school children, but it seems to have money to service foreigners. We have Americans who are suffering because they don't have medical care, but just injure yourself illegally crossing our border and you will be flown to a hospital and cared for, no questions asked.

It is apparent that the school’s executive director, Jose Frisby and the assistant executive director, Steve Carvalho, knew what was going on. “It is impossible that school leadership is unaware of this practice,” Horne said.They should be made to repay the taxpayers every cent, after which they can go look for employment and residency in Mexico.

Democrats on Thursday defeated a House measure to investigate Nancy Pelosi's claims that the CIA lied to her in 2002 about whether waterboarding had been used against terrorism suspects.

So, the transparent administration will not ask for one of their own to provide proof of her allegations against those who protect us. Then, why should they when the voters return people like Murtha, Durbin and Kerry to office over and over again.

The confederacy of traitors in Washington remains intact...for now.

Fox reports that the great unwashed, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, said Iran test-fired a new advanced missile Wednesday with a range of about 1,200 miles, far enough to strike Israel and southeastern Europe.

Meanwhile our president and his tough talking teleprompter read that he wanted to see serious progress with Iran by the end of the year. Or what? Will they face those same severe consequences that North Korea did for firing off its missile?

Obama read he hoped to begin negotiations with Tehran soon, after Iran holds elections next month. Iran's leaders have so far refused Barack's overtures.

"The important thing is to make sure there is a clear timetable, at which we point we say these talks don't seem to be making any serious progress," Obama read.

What talks? Iran won't talk to him, yet he plans to wait another year before taking another step. This is his idea of trying something different.

As Dr. Mordechai Kedar of Bar-Ilan's Begin Sadat Center for Strategic Studies recently stated, "You can tell from how the Americans talk. Look at how George Mitchell talks, or how Obama talks. I don't see them being pressured by this threat. They have shown no urgent desire to change this reality. Obama has given up."

According to a report, while recently attending the Gridiron Club dinner in Washington, Bozo Biden told fellow diners about the secret bunker under the old U.S. Naval Observatory, which is now the home of the vice president.

The bodies of four U.S. citizens were found strangled, beaten and stabbed in a van in Tijuana, U.S. officials said Thursday.

I don't think we'll see coverage like we would if four Mexican citizens were similarly found in San Diego. Instead, we get statements like this: "I just don't think kids should be going to Tijuana right now," Chula Vista police Lt. Scott Arsenault told the San Diego Union-Tribune. "They ran into the wrong people, obviously."

And obviously we have the wrong people protecting America and her citizens.

A source tells The Associated Press that President Barack Obama is considering California Supreme Court Justice Carlos Moreno and more than five other people as nominees for the Supreme Court.

An official familiar with Obama's decision-making said others include Solicitor General Elena Kagan, Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm, Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and U.S. Appeals Court judges Sonia Sotomayor and Diane Pamela Wood—people who have been mentioned frequently as potential candidates.

Carlos Moreno? He who penned the brilliant, "We perceive no reason why both parents of a child cannot be women." Behind him plays the song, Don't know much about history, Don't know much biology, Don't know much about a science book etc. etc. etc.

Janet Napolitano? She who offered such sage advice as, "if you are sick, stay home."

Well, we now have two totally inept branches of government, it may as well be all three.

Transparent Democrats Block Ethics Inquiry

Where is the transparency we were promised?

Remember, "Let me say it as simply as I can. Transparency and the rule of law will be the touchstones of this presidency," Obama said.

Why then are the Democrats stopping a campaign finance inquiry that likely would have investigated several influential of their own? The answer is obvious, it's monkey business as usual.

One of the dirt bags who would be investigated is John Murtha. Funny how that sleaze ball pops to the surface whenever you investigate unethical behavior. Two of the other Donks are Jim Moran of Virginia and Peter Visclosky of Indiana.

Let's get the transparency show on the road or announce it as an outright lie. Come on Democrats, walk the talk or sit down and shut up.

What Did She Know and When Did She Know It.

The plot thickens, the noose tightens and Nancy is nervous. Even CNN is reporting items that make the speaker look suspicious. According to them a source close to Pelosi confirms that she was told in February 2003 by her intelligence aide, Michael Sheehy, that waterboarding was actually used on CIA detainee Abu Zubaydah.

If this is accurate, it would contradict Pelosi's account of what happened. You can count on obfuscation instead of transparency from this point on. Unless our president was serious about the new way of governing that he promised. Yeah, right.

The Joke is in the White House

Obama's sense of humor is certainly less than presidential. He thinks a joke about his opponent getting kidney failure is funny. He thinks there is humor in the 9/11 terror attack?

He found it appropriate to laugh about terrifying American citizens with the Air Force One fiasco in NYC.

If he laughs at this when he's in public, when he knows he's being watched, what is he laughing about in private? Think about it.

Unable to control her mendacity, the Democrat Liar of the House now says she was briefed only once about the "enhanced" interrogation techniques being used on terrorism suspects. She also claims she was assured by lawyers with the CIA and the Department of Justice that the methods were legal. And her point is? She has to be told something numerous times before it sinks in? Come on Nancy, you thought all this CIA stuff was secret and no one would ever prove you knew about the water boarding all along.

Back on April 23rd, she said, "We were not -- I repeat -- were not told that water boarding or any of these other enhanced interrogation methods were used." Now she concedes she was told they would be used. Come on Nancy, tells us some more lies, you can't stop yourself.

No Surprise, Pelosi Lied

The Washington Post reports that Intelligence officials released documents Thursday evening saying that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was briefed in September 2002 about the use of harsh interrogation tactics against al-Qaeda prisoners. How then does she explain her repeated lies over the past 18 months that she was never told that these techniques were actually being used?

First, this pernicious witch needs to be removed from office at once. Second, why is this not a cover story on every media page in the country? Try and locate this story on CNN. If a Republican Speaker of the House had been caught in a similar lie, there would be news alerts hourly.

From The Washington Times comes a story about another of Obama's future felons, Ron Sims. Barack's choice for the deputy secretary of HUD is in deep doo doo for withholding documents detailing taxpayer costs for a new professional football stadium in Seattle. However, last week a Senate committee forwarded Sims' nomination to the full Senate without asking the nominee a single question. Why bother? Barack says he's ok so that's good enough.

Our president sure knows how to pick them and we'll be told this should have nothing to do with his managing billions of taxpayer dollars. After all, HUD is already known for being corrupt so why should we even bother with a facade of transparent, honest government. Washington, Chicago, what's the difference?

The Democrats' own jeepers creeper, James Carville, has a new book. It's cleverly titled, 40 more years: How the Democrats Will Rule the Next Generation.

The Examiner reports that Carville's strategy group, Democracy Corps said this in an email.

Every four years Americans hold a presidential election. Somebody wins and somebody loses. That's life. But 2008 was an anomaly. The election of President Barack Obama is about something far bigger than four or even eight years in the White House. Since 2004, Americans have been witnessing and participating in the emergence of a Democratic majority that will last not four but forty years.

It isn't too far fetched to believe that we will be condemned to wandering 40 years in the wilderness with the Democrats. This generation may well have to pay for its sins by never again getting to see the promised land of America as we once knew it. The wages of sin is death.

Staying Home on Prayer Day

Is anyone amazed that the president will not formally be participating in the National Day of Prayer? Barack will only sign a proclamation honoring the day. It would be political suicide to do otherwise and he knows it.

"That's the way the president will publicly observe National Prayer Day, privately, he'll pray as he does every day," Baghdad Bob Gibbs said.

The question is, what direction will he be facing when he does it.

So, Obama and his stooges want someone on the court who may not have any experience as judge, someone who can make them feel good.

Barack has already said he wants a candidate who demonstrates "empathy" for ordinary people and relies on more than "abstract legal theory" in making decisions.

Senator Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., said, "I would like to see more people from outside the judicial monastery, somebody who has had some real-life experience, not just as a judge."

Let's see, what kind of people does Obama have respect for? Maybe he would want to see Justice Jeremiah Wright on the bench. Perhaps William Ayers could be a candidate. Tony Rezko may be to tainted even for Obama.

Of course, none of these will be a candidate, but look for someone espousing some of their beliefs and opinions. Look for an America self-destruct button to be installed on the Supreme Court.

Government of Transparent Lies

Here's your transparent government at work.

The Vice President, Joe Biden, was performing on NBC’s “Today” show. He said, that because of the swine flu, he would not travel in “confined places,” such as an airplane or the subway. That's a little bit beyond the cavalier measures of Obama and Napolitano, but the fool in this court is giving the best advice.

However, according to Baghdad Bob Gibbs, the vice president was not differing from the Obama administration’s advice to the country. Gibbs actually said, “I think what the vice president meant to say was the same thing that many members have said in the last few days and that is, if you feel sick, if you are exhibiting symptoms, flu-like symptoms, coughing, sneezing, runny nose, then you should take precautions, then you should limit your travel.”

Now, this is an outright lie. When an ABC reporter pointed that out by saying, “With all due respect, and I sympathize with you trying to explain the vice president’s comments, that’s not even remotely close to what he said,” Gibbs got huffy. He lied some more by saying, “I understood what he said. I’m telling you what he meant to say.” He did all this with a straight face while people were laughing at him.

I get it now. This is the administration of transparent lies. How lucky for us all that we have Baghdad Bob to make it entertaining. Before this is over he may win the jester's hat from Biden.

Obama said Wednesday night that waterboarding is torture and the information gained from terror suspects through its use could have been obtained by other means.

He didn't tell us by what other means and how he can be so sure the other means would work. The answer is he doesn't know, but he is willing to risk the security of this nation just so he can sound good to his left wing cronies.

The Obamaknows franchise will hopefully soon go out of business because of its poor product and rotten customer service.

Obama thinks he's smarter than the founding fathers. He's going to "remake" America. In his opening remarks at a nationally broadcast town hall meeting he said "we’ve begun the work of remaking America."

If America is remade into Barack's twisted vision of it, it will cease to be America.

In a CNN interview, Lou Dobbs questions doctor Dan Jernigan, Deputy Influenza Director for the CDC.

DOBBS: The World Health Organization, as you know, doctor, has not recommended -- they raised the alert level to a four, the highest level they've ever raised the alert level to worldwide, but they did not put forward border closures or restrictions of any kind. Are you surprised at that?

JERNIGAN: Well, not really. We know that the virus does not respect borders. And this virus can transmit from person to person very quickly. So there are some things that we have done, though. We have put some travel advisories, to say that folks should avoid nonessential travel to Mexico. And that's something that we did as a country. So WHO has made that decision and they are the ones that I think it would be best to talk with them about that.

OK, if we're not stopping people from walking across our borders, what is the point in advising people not to travel to Mexico? Travel restriction either helps or it doesn't and travel means both directions. Which is it, Doc?

Napolitano Says, If You Are Sick, Stay Home

Lord, help us, Napolitano is in charge! We have a possible pandemic in the works and Janet is in charge.

This weekend she said, "Right now we don't think the facts warrant more active testing or screening of passengers coming in from Mexico." She has a point. Why bother with testing legal visitors to the US when you're allowing thousands to cross the border illegally?

When a public health emergency was declared, Napolitano said, "sounds more severe that really it is." What does that mean? She doesn't think the threat of a deadly virus running rampant is severe? No, she's talking about the steps taken to contain it. "This is standard operating procedure and allows us to free up federal state and local agencies and their resources for prevention and mitigation," she said. She also said, “We’re preparing in an environment where we really don’t know ultimately what the size or seriousness of this outbreak is going to be.”

Janet offered this help to the American people. "If you are sick, stay home," Napolitano said.

So, we're really doing nothing to stop this thing from spreading. Yet, Doctor Richard Besser, the acting director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, said, "Given the reports out of Mexico, I would expect that over time we're going to see more severe disease in this country."

Lord, help us, Napolitano is in charge.

Potential Flu Pandemic Finds Open Borders

The government lack of reaction to the swine flu is typical of the Obama administration. The United States has not issued any travel warnings or quarantines.

Meanwhile CNN says Canada has issued a travel health notice, saying the public health agency was "tracking clusters of severe respiratory illness with deaths in Mexico." South Korea said it will test airline passengers arriving from the United States. And Japan will convene a Cabinet meeting Monday to come up with measures to block the entry of the virus into the country.

More than 1,300 people with flu-like symptoms have been admitted to hospitals in Mexico, and officials are trying to determine how many of them have swine flu, said Jose Cordova Villalobos, the country's health minister.

"The president's trip to Mexico has not put his health in any danger," spokesman Baghdad Bob Gibbs said. I guess that means there is nothing to worry about. Any precautions would interfere with Obama and his open borders plot to allow in and grant amnesty to as many illegals as possible. This would guarantee him reelection and a mandate to turn us into the socialist workers paradise he feels we deserve.

According to the Sierra Vista Herald, lots of illegal immigrants are crossing into Cochise County in Arizona according to some people who live in the area.

Nothing is being done to prevent it and if some of them happen to be carrying the flu virus do you think our government cares? Obama certainly doesn't, Napolitano doesn't, John McCain doesn't, Gabby Giffords doesn't and the list could go on and on.

Guatemala ordered tighter control of its northern border with Mexico. Brazil is intensifying vigilance in ports, airports and borders to check travelers’ health, luggage, aircrafts and ships in a preventive action against the outbreak in Mexico.

The Barack Obama administration does zip even though this has the potential to make Katrina look like nothing. Oh, there will be a briefing...more talking. I guess we can all hope it goes away.

The Burden Of Gabby Giffords

My representative, Gabby Giffords, has called Arizona’s employer sanctions law “burdensome” on businesses. She wants to strip the state of its ability to put companies out of business that knowingly hire illegals.

You know what is burdensome? The constant sabotage of our laws by Giffords and her open borders pals pushing for amnesty. Burdensome is the cost of illegals borne by taxpaying American citizens. Burdensome are the crimes committed by these illegals beginning the day they violate our immigration laws. Burdensome is the property damage they inflict on Americans. The real burden is this illegal invasion of our nation and those like you, Gabby, who suborn it.

Napolitano Duh, Part Deux

Janet Napolitano is quickly becoming Barack's lead bungler. Now, after angering our veterans, she has irked the Canadians by suggesting that the 9/11 terrorists entered the U.S. through Canada. Canada's ambassador to the United States publicly rebuked her yesterday.

"Yes, Canada is not Mexico, it doesn't have a drug war going on, it didn't have 6,000 homicides that were drug-related last year," she said. "Nonetheless, to the extent that terrorists have come into our country or suspected or known terrorists have entered our country across a border, it's been across the Canadian border. There are real issues there."

When asked if she was referring to the 9/11 terrorists, know nothing Napolitano replied, "Not just those but others as well." None of the 9/11 islamomaniacs crossed from Canada. Janet is trying to say she was misunderstood. What a maroon.

When informed of her ignorance, Napolitano babbled. "I can't talk to that," she said, "I can talk about the future. And here's the future. The future is we have borders." Maybe she means we'll be renting out rooms to help the economy. Who knows what borders means to Janet.

If Janet continues as our numero uno security dunce, we will have a very dismal future indeed. Let her talk to that.

Regarding illegals, Janet Napolitano says, "crossing the border is not a crime per se." This is the person in charge of our nation's security? Perhaps, it would be helpful if this former US Attorney for Arizona, Arizona Attorney General and Governor of Arizona would learn some law.

What do you expect from a woman who thinks that terrorism threats, oops... should I say "man-caused" disasters (isn't that sexist) are likely to come from our veterans.

Chavez Acknowledges Obama's Socialism

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez declared on Sunday that Venezuelan socialism has begun to reach the United States under the Obama administration.

After their friendly meeting last week, Chavez gave Obama a copy of the book, “The Open Veins of Latin America: Five Centuries of Pillage of a Continent,” written by Uruguayan writer Eduardo Galeano. The book is about U.S. and European exploitation.

“I think it was a nice gesture to give me a book. I’m a reader,” Obama told reporters.

Isn't it wonderful how well our president plays with the world's sociopaths? It will be so much better to have these thugs and murderers think highly of us. Thanks, Barack.

Barack Obama continues his disgraceful behavior of either slandering the United States personally before the Europeans or being complicit by his silent seal of approval in Latin America.

Amnesty In Process

Now, we are granting work permits to people who have broken our laws. Nothing is required of them, only that they be apprehended for breaking our laws. We have Janet Napolitano and Barack Obama to thank for this travesty of justice.

Napolitano had to come and inspect the border recently. Why didn't she do that when she was the Arizona governor? Why didn't she protect her own state from the invasion of illegals then? Why would anyone choose this traitor to run Homeland Security?

The answer is obvious!

We have a president who is determined to destroy this nation and turn it into a third world hell hole.

While Obama trashes us before the world and promises Mexico more money and resources we don't have, he is making sure more illegals can access the amnesty he is preparing to grant.

Tea Party Well Attended

The Sierra Vista Herald reports:

A few hundred tea bags will be headed to one of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords’ offices next week from participants of local tax day “tea party” rallies on Wednesday.

More than 500 people demonstrated and spoke against government spending at rallies at Veterans’ Memorial Park and on Fry Boulevard.

I was there and it was a model demonstration. Unlike the mobs of wild liberals and anarchists that run amok and call it demonstrating, these people behaved as rational adults. There were no flag burnings, no fights and no littering.

Anyway, this hopefully is just the beginning of citizens taking their country back. See you all at the next rally for America.

Kerry Wants To Give $15 Billion To Pakistan

John Kerry, chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, is planning to introduce legislation that would give Pakistan $15 billion in non-military aid over the next 10 years.

Let's see, we have no money. We're broke. Yet the same people who are crying about it and bemoaning what it is doing to the American people want to spend us further into debt. Not only that, they want to gift the money to our enemies.

The State Department’s 2008 Human Rights Report on Pakistan details ongoing human rights abuses in the country. Oh, I forgot the human rights thing is unimportant now that the liberals are in power.

Kerry was, is and continues to be a complete buffoon.

Obama's Oversight Secretary

Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius, Obama's nominee for Health and Human Services Secretary, owed $7,040 plus $878 in interest in past due taxes which she attributed to "unintentional errors."

Now, it comes to light that she got nearly three times as much political money from an abortion doctor as she reported to the Senate Finance Committee.

"Can you describe your relationship with Mr. Tiller?" Senator Kyl of Arizona asked Sebelius. "Has he ever contributed to your campaign or has your PAC ever received money from Mr. Tiller or a PAC related to Mr. Tiller?"

Sebelius responded: "I have been familiar with Dr. Tiller for many years because he lives and works in Kansas. Dr. Tiller, like many Kansans, contributed to my campaign for insurance commissioner. I received $12,450 over an eight-year period (1994-2001), which represented 1 percent of my total contributions during that time. Since that time, I have received no donations from Dr. Tiller or any PAC related to him."

What Sebelius left out: Campaign finance documents show that Tiller also contributed $10,000 to Sebelius' Bluestem Fund PAC in September 2000, and his clinic, Women's Health Care Services, contributed $8,000 to the PAC in December 2001 and another $5,000 in March 2002.

This failure to respond fully and truthfully to the senator's question is being described as an "oversight." How convenient, she is now over $30,00o in oversights which makes her another brilliant choice by Obama.

Obama Learning Vatican Is Pro-Life

Obama reportedly wanted to reward Caroline Kennedy by making her the US Ambassador to the Vatican. It seems, however, that the Vatican has let it be known that they would prefer someone in the post who is not an advocate of abortion.

Raymond Flynn, a former US ambassador to the Vatican, said earlier this week that Ms Kennedy would be a poor choice.

"It's imperative, it's essential that the person who represents us to the Holy See be a person who has pro-life values. I hope the President doesn't make that mistake," he told the Boston Herald. "She said she was pro-choice. I don't assume she's going to change that, which is problematic."

How come the Obama team can't figure this out? Where's that super sensitivity to other cultures, faiths etc. etc. etc. ?

Vatican sources told Il Giornale that their support for abortion disqualified Ms Kennedy and other Roman Catholics President Barack Obama had been seeking to appoint.

Mr Obama was reportedly seeking to reward John F Kennedy's daughter, who publicly gave her support to his election bid. She had been poised to replace Hillary Clinton as New York senator, but dropped out amid criticism that she lacked enough experience for the job.

Here's more absurdity from the Obama big top. The Congressional Black Caucus clowns that are visiting Cuba met with the dictator Fidel and pronounced their love for him. They praised him, calling him warm and receptive during their discussion.

“It was almost like listening to an old friend,” said Representative Bobby Rush. I'll bet it was, Bobby. Being a founding member of the Illinois Black Panther party, going AWOL from the army and serving time for an illegal weapons conviction should certainly would make you feel right at home with a murderer like Fidel.

These idiots gushed over the over the old tyrant. However, they denied Castro's statement that they said American society is racist and that is part of the reason for the travel restrictions to Cuba.

So, is Fidel lying about that? I doubt it. Between Bobby and Barbara Lee, a former agent of Huey Newton, you have two of the most racist anti-Americans you could ever have the misfortune of meeting.

The appointee, Harry Knox, holds that the New Testament's teaching that homosexual behavior is unnatural and wrong--which is found in St. Paul's letter to the Romans--“is not true."

If he says St. Paul's writing is untrue, then he must also deny Timothy who wrote, "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work."

Ah, but Harry doesn't just want to skip over the Bible. He also described Pope Benedict XVI and certain Catholic bishops as “discredited leaders” and the Catholic Knights of Columbus as being “foot soldiers of a discredited army of oppression” because of their opposition to same-sex marriage.

Bowing to the Saudi king was bad enough, but now it's the prince of Persia.

Deadly Wrong

Joe Biden, Obama's court fool, said Tuesday his predecessor, Dick Cheney, is "dead wrong" when he says President Barack Obama's national security policies are making the United States less safe.

"I don't think he is out of line, but he is dead wrong. ... The last administration left us in a weaker posture than we've been any time since World War II: less regarded in the world, stretched more thinly than we ever have been in the past, two wars under way, virtually no respect in entire parts of the world," Biden said. "And so we've been about the business of repairing and strengthening those. I guarantee you we are safer today, our interests are more secure today than they were any time during the eight years" of the Bush administration.

Let's see, Obama wants to get rid of our nukes, cut defense and is unable to get anything more than polite applause from our allies. Is everybody safer?

The United States said Monday it would donate $50,000 dollars in emergency aid to Italy after an earthquake killed at least 179 people and injure 1500 or more.

A natural disaster strikes an ally and Obama sends $50,000. The Palestinians fire rockets during a cease fire at our ally, Israel. Israel strikes back and Obama gives $900 million for rebuilding to the Palestinians, who danced in the streets celebrating the 9/11 attack on America.

I don't know if they're going to employ Bill Clinton and Eliot Spitzer as consultants, but according to FOXNews Janet Napolitano says the US and Mexico are going to trap the drug cartels in vice. If you've seen Janet you'd know you'd have to be pretty drugged up for her to lure you into a trap.

Obama Kowtows To Saudi King

He didn't bow to the Queen of England, so why is Obama almost prostrating himself before the Saudi monarch? Is it because the queen is a white Christian and the king is an Arab Muslim?

Bush only let the Saudi King hold hands, it looks like King Abdullah is on his way to third base with Barack.

"Not any of your taxes."

He said it, it's part of the record. "I can make a firm pledge," Barack vowed in Dover, N.H., on Sept. 12. "Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase. Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes."

"Not any of your taxes" means no tax, not one.

Even his comic sidekick, Joe Biden said it during the VP debate. "No one making less than $250,000 under Barack Obama's plan will see one single penny of their tax raised," he said, "whether it's their capital gains tax, their income tax, investment tax, any tax."

They lied. Yesterday the largest increase in tobacco taxes took effect with Obama's blessing. This is a tax that disproportionately affects the poor, who are more likely to smoke than the rich.

When Bush Sr. said, "Read my lips: no new taxes" and then broke his vow once elected it contributed to him losing the next election. Let's see what happens to Barack.

Obama's Latest Tax Evader

Barack has nominated another tax evader, Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius, for Health and Human Services Secretary. Tom Daschle had to withdraw after it was disclosed he owed $140,000 in back taxes and interest. Sibelius owed only $7,040 plus $878 in interest and she claims "unintentional errors." To top it off, her husband is a federal magistrate judge.

The arrogance of these tax dodgers is astounding. When asked by AP to comment on her amended tax returns, Sebelius said, "We put out a statement and the statement speaks for itself."

Well, Kathleen you put out a tax return also. Why don't we let that speak for itself.
