Why is the IRS wasting $42 million to let us know our checks will soon be in the mail? Democrats accused the Bush administration of wasting time and postage and on this rare occasion they are right.
Keith Hennessey, director of the president's National Economic Council, said the letters are being sent to explain how the tax rebates will work.
Anyone who is too stupid or ignorant to follow the news and comprehend what is a relatively simple process doesn't deserve a letter or a rebate. We are constantly spending money to protect the idiots in the world or guarding ourselves from their asinine behavior. We spend money putting up signs telling us that a stop sign is coming up and then add bumps in the road. Why not just make the driving test a little more difficult, placing the burden on the applicant instead of making the rest of us pay for idiots and uninsured motorists.
Let's have commercials that encourage cretins to try dangerous stunts instead of warning them not to attempt this at home.
I'm sick of having to pay more for products because the morons must be kept from making themselves extinct.
