We can't use our military to maintain our border integrity, but it's ok to use it to support another nation's police? Defense Secretary Robert Gates said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” that the violence in Mexico is “clearly a serious problem” and suggested that the U.S. military might come to the aide of the Mexican military and police, which are battling thousands of armed members of gangs and drug cartels.
Why then don't we use our military to battle the same problem in our own country. Let's use whatever money we don't have, but would have spent in Mexico to fix our own problems. I guess that would be too sensible for the total insanity that now pervades our government.
