Obama's rodeo clown, Joe Biden, was sent out to distract the public, but it didn't work this time.
Inflicting himself on a small town on the outskirts of Erie Pennsylvania, Joe was only able to attract around 100 or so really bored people. The news reports that the room looked so sparse that about 30 or so chairs were removed by volunteers to give the illusion of a full house. It didn't work.
Obama's going to need more than the antics of Jughead Joe to keep the public pacified.
