UPDATE: Appeal Denied. Mexican Murderer executed in Texas. Jose Ernesto Medellin was put to death for the rape and murder of two teen girls.

As usual, it took years to finally achieve justice, but in the end and thanks to Governor Rick Perry the garbage was at long last put out.
