Refried Bologna

The House International Affairs Committee meets with Fox:

Members of the U.S. Congress told President Vicente Fox of the importance Washington views the issue of border security, and asked him to do more to guarantee security on his side of the border, and to be more forceful in combating drug trafficking.

For his part, Fox exhorted the American legislators, who were accompanied by U.S. Ambassador Tony Garza, to push through reforms of the U.S. immigration system, and take measures to clamp down on xenophobic and anti-immigrant groups.

Will someone explain to this guy, Fox, the issue is not fear of the foreign, it is anger at the law breaking. We are not anti-immigrant (and if we were what business is it of his) we are anti-illegal trespassing.

Obey the laws, Fox, and nobody gets hurt.

Nothing will ever happen with Fox in power. His term will be up soon and hopefully (of course we all hoped as well with Fox) the new Mexican president will not be corrupt. But knowing Mexico the way I do, it's not going to happen. All changes must occur on this side of the border.
