"For The Country Folk To Be Up And To Arm"

Hazelton, Pennsylvania is taking steps to do what the Federal Government refuses to do. "Illegal immigrants are destroying the city," said Mayor Lou Barletta, "I don't want them here, period."

So begins a crackdown with a measure that would revoke the business licenses of companies that employ illegals, fine landlords who rent to illegals a $1000 and make English the official language of the city.

This is what will probably have to happen around the nation since President Bush and his cabal for a new North America have no intention of securing our borders.

Other examples of cities taking the lead include San Bernardino, California where voters will decide whether to adopt a measure similar to the one in Hazleton. An Idaho county has filed a racketeering lawsuit against agricultural companies accused of hiring illegals. And, in New Hampshire, two police chiefs began arresting illegals for trespassing.

It is sad that it has come to this, but it is the grassroots determination of average citizens that has always arisen to protect America when she is in need.
