Approaching the speed of a moving glacier, President Barack Obama said in an interview with CNN on Wednesday he is "very close" to a decision on boosting troop levels in Afghanistan and would make an announcement "in the next several weeks."
How many times have we heard that or something similar from the procrastination administration in the last several weeks?
Meanwhile, what he called a "war of necessity" continues and American lives are lost because of his indecisiveness. If it were George Bush diddling around like this, the media and its leftard minions would be apoplectic. But, because it's Barack, he's only being careful to make the right decision.
Indecision is always a terrible thing, but it is particularly horrendous when it involves life and death. Go or get off the pot, Obama.

I haven't seen anyone else ask this question, but why doesn't Barack bow to white European monarchs?
He bows to the king of Saudi Arabia, the emperor of Japan, but not the Queen of England.
The US flag dips to no earthly king and neither should the US president. What is going on here and why is the White House offering no explanation? They tried to deny the Saudi bow, but this one cannot be denied. Obama did everything but prostrate himself before the emperor. Disgraceful behavior at best, how dare he humiliate America this way.

Job Summit, Worthless as a WIN Button
While pushing job killing legislation like the cap and trade bill and Obamacare, the president seems mystified that the job market is stagnant.
So, what's his solution? He plans to hold a White House jobs summit in December. Not since Gerald Ford handed out WIN (whip inflation now) buttons have we seen executive economic leadership such as this.
It sure would be nice to have someone who understands business sitting in the Oval Office right now, someone who has had to be successful at something besides rabble rousing for ACORN. It would be nice if someone like, say Mitt Romney, were leading us out of this disaster, this Obamanation.

Why is a government agency wasting time, money and effort trying to appeal to the nonexistent common sense of the looney toonies ?
Let them believe the world is ending. We just went through this with the Y2K cranks who were predicting airplanes falling out of the sky. Now it's a mysterious planet X or Nibiru, discovered by the Sumerians. Does anyone else feel like they're watching a 1950's sci-fi movie?

Obama Warns About Extremists?
Our president has decided who America's enemy is and it's not the islamomaniacs. In his private pep talk to Democrats, recognized Mr. Owens election and then posed a question to the other lawmakers. According to Representative Earl Blumenauer of Oregon the president asked, “Does anybody think that the teabag, anti-government people are going to support them if they bring down health care? All it will do is confuse and dispirit” Democratic voters “and it will encourage the extremists.”
So the extremists are those American citizens who oppose this insane unconstitutional government fiat requiring them to have health insurance. But, don't jump to any conclusions about murderous muslims. That would be wrong.

Not since the days of Jimmy Carter have we had hostages in Iran. Now, despite the dazzling diplomacy of Barack and Hillary, the three American hikers detained in Iran after accidentally crossing into the country from Iraq have been charged with espionage. Hasan is a Teachable Moment

Obama Achieves Jobless Rate of 10.2%
Remember when Obama's propagandists initially said that the porkulus would keep unemployment under 8% ? Well, guess what. We're officially in double digit unemployment now.
The unemployment rate reached a 26-year high of 10.2 percent, up from 9.8 percent in September, the Department of Labor said Friday in its monthly economic appraisal.
Dean Baker, a director for the Center for Economic and Policy Research, said he did not expect declining unemployment rates until next spring. “We may be looking at very high levels,” Mr. Baker said, “barring a policy response, for several years into the future.”
How can this be? Barack and his boys are fixing everything. Their plan is operational, we are back from the brink. Oh yeah, and the Health Plan, Cap and Trade and an Amnesty Bill will complete the package. Then, we can tackle Afghanistan!

I know it comes as no shock to anyone, but on September 24th, when Nancy Pelosi told THE WEEKLY STANDARD that she was "absolutely" committed to putting the text of the final House bill online for 72 hours before the House votes, she outright lied.
Thursday night, when asked if Speaker Pelosi will leave the bill online for 72 hours after we see what's in the rule, Pelosi spokesman Brendan Daly replied in an email: "No; [the] pledge was to have manager’s amendment online for 72 hours, and we will do that."
It is unbelievable that this scum in Washington thinks they can tell us anything and get away with it. They are running amok and it is time to round them up and mete out justice.

Roland Burris Asks, What Does the Constitution Say
CNS asked Roland Burris, the Democrat senator from Illinois, what specific part of the Constitution authorizes Congress to mandate that individuals must purchase health insurance. Here's Roland's response. “Well, that’s under certainly the laws of the protect the health, welfare of the country. That’s under the Constitution. We’re not even dealing with any constitutionality here. Should we move in that direction? What does the Constitution say? To provide for the health, welfare and the defense of the country.”
Gee, Roland, what does the Constitution say? Upon taking office, Senators-elect must swear or affirm that they will "support and defend the Constitution". Shouldn't they be required to know what's in it? Not Roland, the man who replaced Obama in Illinois by being appointed by Beagle Boy Blagojevich.
We have Senators and Representatives who do not know what the Constitution says. Is it any wonder they don't bother reading the bills, what possible difference could it make to them?

Before Destuction
Three days ago, during a campaign stop in New Jersey, Barack Obama described Jon Corzine as “one of the best partners I have in the White house. We work together,” Obama said, “We know our work is far from over.”
Guess what, Barack, it's over.
Voters rejected the incumbent Corzine, despite the president's efforts to help him win.
Of course, Tim Kaine the Donk party chairman, issued a propaganda piece prepared ahead of time saying that Democrat losses should not be viewed as a referendum on President Obama or Democrat policies. They don't want them viewed that way even though they are a rejection of Obama and his policies.
I know New Jersey, I own a home there. It is a Democrat stronghold and suffers economically because of it. Property taxes are ridiculous. In fact, I plan to unload my house as soon as there is a market allowing me to do so.
Despite the Democrat machine, despite the visit by the Lord of the Teleprompter, Corzine lost. He lost because Americans are sending a message to Obama and his minions. But, nothing deafens like pride and arrogance and there is no shortage of either at the White House.

No Dissent, Where Have We Heard That Before?
In what has got to be one of his dumbest statements ever, Joe Biden asked voters in Watertown, NY to support the Democrat, Bill Owens in the House race. "We're not asking you to switch your party," Bozo Biden pitched to supporters of RINO Dede Scozzafava. "We're just saying, join us in teaching a lesson to absolutists who come and tell us that no dissent is permitted within their own party."
Has Biden no recollection of what his own party did to Joe Lieberman as recently as 2006? Furious over his refusal to join them in an all out surrender in Iraq, a war Harry Reid declared lost, the Donks purged Joe Lieberman (he was their candidate for VP in 2000) from the party.

The Palestinians are whining and wailing again. Hillary Clinton said Saturday that Israel is making "unprecedented" concessions on West Bank settlement construction. That, however, is not good enough for these trouble makers.
