That Whining Sound You Hear

This is too much. The Tucson Citizen reports that a delegation of nine state legislators from Sonora, Mexico was in Tucson on Tuesday to say Arizona's new employer sanctions law will have a devastating effect on that Mexican state. And this is our problem how?

They claim they cannot handle the demand for housing, jobs and schools they will face as illegals return to their hometowns without jobs or money. Obviously, no one in Mexico has ever planned to provide their citizens with the means to earn a living, nor do they intend to do so in the future.

"How can they pass a law like this?" asked Mexican Rep. Leticia Amparano Gamez, who represents Nogales. Why is this foreigner questioning what we do in the United States? Were the roles reversed, they would be screaming bloody murder about American interference in Mexican business.

"Mexico is not prepared for this, for the tremendous problems," she whined. Well, whose fault is that Leticia? You are part of the Mexican government so just as a wild guess I'd say you share the responsibility and the guilt not the American people. Stop trying to play the victim while blaming others. That's would solve part of your problem.
