Rhodes Falls, Jon Elliott Dazed And Disoriented
Is this an attempt by the right-wing, hate machine to silence one of our own?" he asked on the air. "Are we threatening them? Are they afraid that we’re winning? Are they trying to silence intimidate us?"
Of course the only thing silencing Air America is that hardly anyone except fellow left-wing nuts listen to them and there aren't enough of them clever enough to find the station.
Rhodes' attorney, Robert Gaulin, said, "She hit her head on the street and was disoriented," "She's not sure what happened. She didn't see anything."
She's nowhere near as disoriented as Elliott who admits, "I shouldn't have speculated based on hearsay that Randi Rhodes had been mugged and that it may have been an attack from a right wing hate machine. I apologize for jumping to conclusions based on an emotional reaction."
Your typical emotional liberal male, someone needed to slap him like in those old movies when people become hysterical. Perhaps if Jon had looked for a police report before spouting off his bigoted and hate filled opinions, he might have found that no police report was filed and no conspiracy existed. But, no, he was too emotional to have a rational thought. Like, perhaps Randi was trying to chew gum while walking her dog.
And let's not forget the rest of the lunatic lefties who joined his panic party. They are all over the web. Want to know what's wrong with our nation? These idiots vote.

Does Massachusetts Know?
Russian authorities are investigating a man who has married his own grandmother.
Ananova reports that Boris Golovska, 30, married his 79-year-old grandmother Katarina in the town of Vladimir, east of Moscow.
Registry office officials reportedly failed to check whether the couple were related when they tied the knot.
The marriage has now been annulled and local prosecutors have said they are investigating the case.
New England liberals are probably perturbed that they have failed to be the cutting edge in joining child and grandparent in unholy matrimony. They will have to opt for pushing the illicit envelope in other ways, now that the Ruskies have this one in the books.

And Now For Something Completely Different
A dentist accused of fondling the breasts of 27 female patients is trying to keep his dental license by arguing that chest massages are an appropriate procedure in certain cases. Mark Anderson's lawyer says dental journals discuss the need to massage the pectoral muscles to treat a common jaw problem.
Police say Anderson said during recorded phone calls that he routinely massaged patients' chests to treat temporo-mandibular joint disorder, or TMJ, which causes neck and head pain.
Attorney Robert Zaro told administrative law judge Jonathan Lew at a hearing Thursday that he should let Anderson keep his dental license while disciplinary appeals proceed. Anderson would be supervised by two assistants and would no longer do the chest rubs, Zaro said.
Zaro said Anderson, 48, of Woodland, needs to keep seeing patients so he can feed his seven children and pay for his defense.
The judge made no immediate decision.
Lew suspended Anderson's dental license last month. He was charged with two misdemeanor counts of battery and sexual battery. Yolo County prosecutors are investigating complaints from more than two dozen women who say they also were groped in the examining chair in the last five years.
Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Phillips gave Lew three new complaints, including one from a 31-year-old woman who said Anderson fondled her at least six times over two years. Now, inquiring minds want to know why this woman returned again and again for more dental massage.

Your Move, Michael
Repubican Representative Duncan Hunter of California has called on Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff to override a ruling by U.S. District Judge Ellen Segal Huvelle ordering the delay of construction of security fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border in Arizona.
"Environmental groups filing lawsuits to prevent the construction of critical border infrastructure comes as no surprise," Mr. Hunter said. "For years, a stretch of border in San Diego identified by the Border Patrol as 'Smugglers Gulch,' which federal law requires be fenced, has been left open and unprotected due to unrelenting legal action initiated by environmental groups. We should be worried about protecting the American citizen species first and foremost. Let's see if the security swami Chertoff can find it in his gut to get the job done.

Kennedy Blimp Serviced
Being a single dad with two teenage dughters gets a little busy sometimes.
However, for your entertainment, I give you an article on the Kennedy blimp, maintained at taxpayer expense while good folk are in need. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Getting Gagged By Google
According to this article, the banned advertisements said, “Susan Collins is MoveOn’s primary target. Learn how you can help” and “Help Susan Collins stand up to the MoveOn.org money machine.” The ads linked to Collins’ campaign Web site with a headline reading “MoveOn.org has made Susan Collins their #1 target.” The Collins Web site claims that MoveOn has contributed $250,000 to her likely Democratic opponent and has run nine ads against her costing nearly $1 million. The Web site also displays MoveOn.org’s controversial “General Betray Us” ad.
Google seems to be learning much from their Chinese friends. Also, check out this article at American Thinker.
What exactly is the Google agenda?

Listening To Jimmy Is The Real Torture
As I have said before, Jimmy is merely Billy Carter sober and wearing shoes. The problem is he, like his brother, tends to pee in appropriate places. It's time to put him in depends, give him a sedative and put him in a room where he can play with Democrat sock puppets.
Say goodnight Jimmy, no, better yet, say goodbye.

Thank You, Rehab
The usual pattern prevails, screw up and go to rehab. Then you are a victim instead of a perpetrator. It all falls under the strategy of damage control so hopefully you won't be held accountable.
San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom did it, although I can't imagine what you could have to apologize for in that modern day Sodom.
Patrick Kennedy, continuing a fine family tradition, did it. Again, why the Kennedy's would have to apologize for doing what comes naturally to them is surprising.
Then, there was Mark Foley who used it too, after being caught in cybersex with teenagers.
Celebrities and politicians love rehab, it's "the devil made me do it" of our time. It used to be you found Jesus and some, like Michael Vick, still try that route. Now, most find rehab, the requirements are so much easier and one doesn't have to repent. After all, you did nothing wrong.

Baggy Pants Berger Gets The Clinton OK
Sandy Berger stole highly classified terrorism documents from the National Archives, destroyed them and lied to investigators. However, he is now an adviser to Hillary Clinton. Good grief, even John Kerry had the good sense to fire Berger when the scandal broke in 2004.
The Clinton campaign declined to comment because after all whose business is it what they do? Be prepared for more of the same low class, self serving garbage if Hillary gains power.

Fraud Happens
Atlantic City Mayor, Robert Levy, is the culprit this time. Here's Levy's excuse, "Just something that occurred, you know ... just something that occurred and I am sorry for having it done."
What a joke, fraud happens, that's his reason for it. The spineless fake won't even accept responsibility.

Out Of The Shadows
Among those arrested was Jorge Torres, 31, whose criminal record includes convictions for drug charges as well as battery on a police officer, officials said. Torres, who has been deported five times, has been indicted by the U.S. attorney's office for reentering the United States and if he is convicted, he faces up to 20 years in prison. Five times? He's been deported five times and they're just getting his criminal butt off our streets now? This is ridiculous. No one would be rousting this scum if the immigration issue hadn't caused the government so much grief.
Of the 28 people arrested Friday, 21 were undocumented and seven had legal-residency status, which is now being revoked, Schoch said. Robert Schoch, special agent in charge of ICE in Los Angeles said "We want to send a clear message to foreign national gang members that ICE intends to deal strongly with those who ignore our immigration laws and place our neighborhoods at risk."
Clear message, deal strongly, I'm sure. A clear strong message would be your deported and if we catch you back here again by the time you see daylight you'll be using a walker.

The Appendix, More Than Just A Spare Part
So what else may be out there that is not superfluous and causing mankind nothing but irritation? Does the mosquito have a beneficial side?
Maybe the scientists at Duke University need to study one of the last great liberal mammoths, Teddy Kennedy, before he becomes extinct. Any day now he may drunkenly wander into the La Brea Tar Pits while trying to find his way to a watering hole in Los Angeles. Or he may fall off a curb while hunting prey in the gutters of DC.
Is it possible he is more than a useless, infection prone, appendage of the liberal body? Somehow I doubt that science can justify his existence.

Obama Won't Wear Flag Pin
The flag is a symbol of unity for Americans Mr. Obama, an ideal you obviously eschew. Whatever your political leanings, unless you favor divisiveness, there is no shame in wearing the flag pin. This is political opportunism on your part, a pandering to the fringe radical left in this nation. You have thereby proven yourself unfit to be our president.

The Clintons And Their Terrorist Pardon
I was thinking, when Bubba was waving that finger (who knows where it was last) at Chris Wallace he was trying to give the impression how tough he is on terrorism. He's always trying to invent a legacy that will present him in a positive light.
But, Bill's record with terrorists has always been one that is clouded by politics. If Bill is tough on terrorism then why, when he was president, did he grant pardons to 16 Puerto Rican terrorists who had been responsible for bombings that killed and maimed our fellow citizens?
The Clintons have never taken terrorism seriously.
The pardons were given to buy Hillary votes in her run for senator of NY. In fact, former US Attorney Joseph DiGenova stated, "Let me say categorically, the Puerto Rican terrorists were pardoned because they were a political benefit to the president's wife."
The opposition to the pardons came across the spectrum, from Mayor Guiliani to Senator Chuck Schumer. But, that was of no consequence to the Clintons who would canonize Osama himself if that would buy them more power.
Hillary and Bill are from the same mold, a marriage made in hell. Let's not make the same mistake over and over again.

Jimmy Carter And The Elders
This time the Kumbaya Kid was caught screaming at Sudanese security officials. If he wasn't allowed to go where he wanted he threatened to snitch on the security chief. "I'll tell President Bashir about this," Carter said. Jimmy is so forceful, how was it he couldn't get the American hostages out of Iran?
Anyway, it seems Jimmy is a member of this organization calling themselves "The Elders." You might want to familiarize yourself with this global group. Among the founding members are Desmond Tutu, Kofi Annan and Jimmy Carter. Enough said?

Harkin's The Phony
"I’ll just close, Mr. President, by noting that in August, seven soldiers published an op-ed in the New York Times criticizing the current strategy in Iraq. Tragically, two of those soldiers were subsequently killed in action, making the ultimate sacrifice for their country.Talk about your phony soldiers, no wonder Harkin is sensitive to this. He lied about his military service in Viet Nam. Were you high then senator, or did you make false statements while in full control of your limited senses?I can only assume by Mr. Limbaugh’s definition that they too were “phony soldiers.” Now what’s most despicable is that Mr. Limbaugh says these provocative things to make more money. So he castigates our soldiers, this makes more news, more people tune in, he makes more money.
Well, I don’t know. Maybe he was just high on his drugs again. I don’t know whether he was or not. If so, he ought to let us know. But that shouldn’t be an excuse."
This is the same senator who recently tried to justify the Hugo Chavez UN tantrum against the pesident. This is the low life who turned what should have been a eulogy for a colleague into a political speech. This is the scumbucket who wants the Uniform Code of Military Justice amended to allow homosexuality and adultery. And now, he uses the senate to try to intimidate an American citizen.
There is no need to continue, Harkin is unfit to serve in the Senate and use it as a safe haven to slander those whose free speech offends him.

Spitzer's Illegal Seal Of Approval
Spitzer is driven by his support among labor unions and illegal loving organizations and doesn't care if state security is compromised. He's using the "out of the shadows" babble to justify his move. They are out of the shadows, governor, just check your prisons and wanted posters. And while you're at it visit NYC and ground zero so you can be reminded of the contributions of some illegals on 9/11/2001.
Spitzer is a tool of the enemy and needs to be removed from office.

Peace In Our Time
For all the would be Chamberlains today please reflect on the cost of appeasement and remember freedom is not free. As one member of Parliament quoting Oliver Cromwell, told Chamberlain later on, "Depart, I say, and let us have done with you!"
Words to remember.

John Edwards, Hair And Hyperbole
“We cannot build enough prisons to solve this problem. And the idea that we can keep incarcerating and keep incarcerating — pretty soon we’re not going to have a young African-American male population in America. They’re all going to be in prison or dead. One of the two.”
As National Review Online points out, black men between the ages of 18 and 24 in college outnumber those in that age range in prison by a 4 to 1 ratio.
Exaggerated, irresponsible statements are a mainstay of trial lawyers and liberals and little Johnnie is both. However, this type of rhetoric should be totally unacceptable in a candidate for any national office, especially the presidency.

Out Of The Shadows
Now, he has broken the law once again by trying to leave the country with his $59,000 without filling out the required US Customs declaration.
Pedro sees it differently. "They are treating me like a criminal when all I am is a working man," he said. Pedro, doesn't seem to think that the laws which apply to everyone else should apply to him. I wonder how many US taxpayer supported benefits he availed himself of while paying nothing in taxes himself.
The article at CNN calls him an immigrant, but he is not. He is a trespasser who tried to take what he could and return from whence he came. He then has the gall to condemn the country he violated. Break the laws in Guatemala, Pedro, and see what happens to you there.

Make Sure LOST Loses
This time it's the Law of the Sea Treaty (LOST). Neither the president nor the Senate are willing to have an honest debate. Today, the Senate Foreign Relationship Committee, chaired by Joe Biden, will hold its first hearing on the treaty. Bush administration officials will all testify in favor, but no opposition will be heard.
Go here to read details on this treaty which is simply another assault on the sovereignty of the United States. Once again, just like when they tried to ramrod the amnesty bill through, we will have to make our opposition known to our senators in no uncertain terms.

Hofstra's Ethics Horrors Conference
Yet, Hofstra University thinks this convicted, disbarred and disgraced subversive is fit to address their "Legal Ethics Conference." Are they going to feature her as the unethical, traitorous shyster poster witch for the event? After all, the conference is close to Halloween.
Why have our institutions of higher learning become playgrounds for society's bizarre mutants?
Hat tip Michelle Malkin.

Bollinger's Bravado
I was rather hoping Bollinger's bad boys would rush the stage as they have done to deny freedom of speech to American citizens in the past. I knew it wouldn't happen, but it was a funny fantasy.
Bollinger is probably congratulating himself for standing up to Mahmoud the malevolent, meanwhile Ahmadinejad is laughing at the foolishness of the impotent university president and the silliness of his students and faculty. Bollinger has dramatically displayed that knowledge without wisdom is worthless and sometimes dangerous.
For a real laugh read the Islamic Republic News Agency's take on it.

Syria Replaces Iraq In Axis Of Evil
A number of North Koreans are believed to have been killed in the strike, based on reports from Asian governments regarding conversations between Chinese and North Korean officials. Ballistic missile technicians and military scientists had been working for some time with the Syrians.
Syrian officials flew to Pyongyang, the North Korean capital, last week, reinforcing the view that the two nations were coordinating their response.
Well, this is certainly a stunning accomplishment by the IDF and only confirms what everyone other than Pelosi and the Nancy boys knew all along. God bless Israel.
Meanwhile, Columbia University welcomes the Iranian Holocaust denier, while banning ROTC. The university's president, Lee Bollinger, is a fool and a disgrace.
UPDATE: Dean of Columbia University says they would invite Hitler to speak.
Get a clue, liberal pinheads, you just did. Will your tough students and faculty dare to challenge the Iranian Hitler the way they did Jim Gilchrist of the Minutemen? Not likely, left winged chickens.

Virtual Failure By Boeing And Chertoff
Boeing has "retooled their team on the ground and replaced some of the managers. ... They are now working through the problems of system integration as we speak," Chertoff said. "I think they put their A-team in place to do it."
He thinks? That comment tells you just how much Chertoff cares about securing our borders.
Is this more gut feel from the security psychic it is our misfortune to have making sure we are protected? Can't we get someone with real managerial skills to head up one of the most important departments in our nation? Wahington fails us, once again.

Have The Courage To Close The Curtain
Let's see Dan is doing this not for the money, but for the principle. Why then doesn't he sue for $1 instead of $70 million? He says, "We have to get back to integrity in the news.” Well, Dan your failure to maintain news integrity is one of the really big reasons you're no longer relevant.
Like an old sports figure who sadly keeps trying to play after his physical gifts are gone, Dan lusts for the days of yore when he could successfully engage in repartee with Tricky Dick or struggle with security at the Democratic National Convention. Oh, for the days when there were real stories and one didn't have to invent them.
Dan has had a history of strange behavior, odd statements and no small degree of phoniness. What seems to be really bothering him is no one cares what he has to say anymore.

Jimmy Jabber
"Iran is quite distant from Israel," said Carter. "I think it would be almost inconceivable that Iran would commit suicide by launching one or two missiles of any kind against the nation of Israel."
It should have been inconceivable that Iran would commit suicide by attacking American soil and taking American hostages. Oh wait, that was when we had a president who was afraid of killer bunnies. What was his name? Oh right, the same Jimmy Carter who now thinks his advice on world affairs is worth more than peanuts.

Mahmoud And Bashar Sittin' In A Tree
According to the report, a joint Syrian-Iranian team was attempting to mount a chemical warhead on a Scud missile when the explosion occurred, spreading lethal chemical agents, including sarin nerve gas.
Perhaps it's an appropriate time for self appointed general Nancy Pelosi to once again visit giraffe boy Bashad and ask him how this works into his desire for peace in the Middle East. Or, she could ask him why Syria is neither a signatory of the Chemical Weapons Convention nor the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty.
If nothing else there might be another photo opportunity of her making a total ass of herself, again.

Craig's New Potty Pals
ACLU Executive Director Anthony Romero, the organization's own gay caballero, said, "Sen. Craig has not always been a great friend of civil liberties, but you shouldn't have to endorse the civil liberties of others to keep your own."
What a crock! For the ACLU this is all about protecting solicitation for gay sex in a public restroom under the guise of free speech. Where was the ACLU when Imus was under attack? There have been numerous attacks on free speech by the pc police and where was the ACLU?
As usual, the ACLU takes up the cause of only those who aid their agenda.

Durbin's Dirty Dream Not Dead Yet
It would give conditional legal status to immigrants brought to the U.S. at an early age.
To qualify, they would need to be in the country for at least five years, have a high school diploma and meet other requirements. Over the next six years, they would have to spend two years in college or the military, after which they could become legal permanent residents, a step toward citizenship.
The American people told this vermin, infesting our halls of government, that amnesty is unacceptable. Yet, they persist in selling us out behind closed doors and undermine the nation with actions such as this. The plan is to acieve amnesty in bits and pieces if they cannot ram it down our throats all at once.
The traitor Durbin is not alone. Read more in this article from the LA Times. Feinstein, Reid and others are equally guilty, but none more reprehensible than Durbin.
Contact your Senators once again and stop the piecemeal amnesty.
The Consensus Candidate
He is what's known as a consensus candidate which means, for some reasons, the liberals think he's acceptable. That alone should give one reservations about him being the right man for the job. We'll have to wait and see what the criticisms are from both sides.

Out Of The Shadows
According to the newspaper, one illegal, the alleged rapist, was arrested almost immediately after he was spotted attacking his victim and chased down, police said. A second man believed to have aided in the woman's capture, who fled the scene when he was spotted, was arrested Tuesday night. A third man was charged with hindering the investigation, officials said. All three are illegals from Guatemala.
Fortunately a recent directive from the state attorney general caused the police to report these animals to ICE.
Perhaps Geraldo Rivera would like to take up the cause of these immigrants also.

He Might Be Dangerous?
The Detroit News reports that Houssein Zorkot is being held on $1 million bond on gun charges after he was found leaving a Dearborn, Michigan park with an AK-47.
Police stopped the 27 year old Zorkot's SUV as he was leaving the park. He was wearing dark clothes that could have camouflaged him at night.
After his arrest, police sought a warrant at the man's home, where they seized a laptop computer and several pictures. No other guns were found in the house.
The man also had visited Lebanon within the past month, police said.
Bond was set at the unusually high rate because it was unclear whether he was dangerous, Mayor John "Jack" O'Reilly said. The gun was purchased the night before in a nearby suburban community, O'Reilly stated.
"The bond was set because of the nature of this," O'Reilly said. "We can't be sure he might not be a threat. We really don't have enough information to know what his intent was. The indication is he better not be released right now until we know what he is up to." Ya think???
UPDATE: Police say he has a website where he claims to be a member of the Lebanese militant group Hezbollah.

Buddha Bombed In Pakistan
Six years ago the Taliban blew up the Bamiyan Buddha statues in Afghanistan because they were offensive to Islam. Just another few reasons why the islamomaniacs must be destroyed themselves. When are we going to allow our military a free hand in completing that task? Of, course if coalition soldiers had accidentally destroyed or damaged anything it would have made headlines.

LA Bound Iraqis Caught In Peru
One of the men arrested is thought to have links to al Qaeda, according to Peruvian National Police Colonel Roberto Lujan. The suspects were not employed during their stay. "Someone was funding them but we do not know who yet," Col. Lujan said.
And still our government refuses to secure our borders. At least the Senate had approved a proposal prohibiting the Transportation Department from spending money on a NAFTA program giving Mexican trucks access to U.S. highways.
Putin Dissolves Russian Government

Fly the Flag
Fly the Flag Campaign
On this 6th anniversary of the attack on our great nation, one of your jobs is to email this flag campaign reminder to your lists and/or post it on your blog and any message boards you have access to. Let's make sure our nation is awash in our colors on 9/11, a reminder to all who would try to hurt us, including the enemy within, that these colors do not run.
9/11 Flag Flying
Please join us in this FLY THE FLAG campaign.
We have just a few days to get the word out all across this great land and into every community in the United States of America. If you are able please tell at least 11 people and if each of those people do the same, well you get the idea.
THE PROGRAM IS THIS:
On Monday, September 11th, 2006, an American flag should be displayed outside every home, apartment, office, and store in the United States. Every individual should make it their duty to display an American flag on this fifth anniversary of our country's worst tragedy. We do this in honor of those who lost their lives on 9/11, their families, friends and loved ones who continue to endure the pain, and those who today are fighting at home and abroad to preserve our cherished freedoms. In the days, weeks and months following 9/11, our country was bathed in American flags as citizens mourned the incredible losses and stood shoulder-to-shoulder against terrorism.
Sadly, those flags have all but disappeared. Our patriotism pulled us through some tough times and it shouldn't take another attack to galvanize us in solidarity. Our American flag is the fabric of our country and together we can prevail over terrorism of all kinds.
Action Plan: Here is what we need you to do...
(1) Forward this message to everyone you know (at least 11 people). Please don't be the one to break this chain. Take a moment to think back to how you felt on 9/11 and let those sentiments guide you.(2) Fly an American flag of any size on 9/11. Honestly, Americans should fly the flag year-round, but if you don't, then at least make it a priority on this day.Thank you for your participation.
God Bless You and God Bless America
THANKS TO TAMMY BRUCE
Remembering 9/11
Al-Qaeda has issued a new video featuring Waleed al-Shehri, a Saudi terrorist whose job was to threaten passengers aboard Flight 11 while Mohammad Atta was flying it into the first of the Twin Towers.
"We shall come at you from your front and back, your right and left,” al-Shehri says in the tape.
“As for our own fortune, it is not in this world,” he rants.
“And we are not competing with you for this world, because it does not equal in Allah’s eyes the wing of a mosquito.”
This are the words of our crazed enemy outside the gates of freedom. Now let us review some other words.
Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Tom Lantos told Petraeus and Ambassador to Iraq Ryan Crocker, "We and the American people already know that the situation in Iraq is grim and the growing majority of this Congress and of the American people want our troops out." And he made clear nothing Petraeus could say would change his mind.
Last week House Speaker Nancy Pelosi referred to the Petraeus-Crocker report as "The Bush Report."
Those, friends, are the words of the equally dangerous and crazed enemy within the confines.Today, as we remember the senseless murders of many of our fellow citizens, let us resolve to continue to hunt down and deliver justice to our enemies, both foreign and domestic.

The Trucks Are Coming
CNN reports a truck carrying more than 25 tons of dynamite exploded Monday in northern Mexico, killing at least 23 people and injuring more than 140, a government spokesman said.
Of the 140 injured, 30 suffered critical wounds and five were listed in extremely critical condition, said David Aguisn, spokesman for Humberto Moreira, the governor of the state of Coahuila.
Meanwhile, Mexican trucks are crossing the border freely and where they're bound is anyone's guess.
Who is checking for a license, registration, insurance? Who is making sure they understand English, American roadsigns and traffic regulations. Who is checking to make sure they are well rested and sober? Who is making sure the vehicles meet all safety and emissions standards? Has anyone done or are we even able to do back round checks on the drivers?
These are just a few of the questions that should be answered before we permit a mechanized invasion of our borders. However, it seems that our president is determined to push his Mexican agenda down the throats of American citizens.Sunday, September 09, 2007
Schumer's Shame
The difference between what Schumer actually said and what he posted on his website is amazing. This scumbag disparages our soldiers and then is too cowardly to stand by his own words.
If Geraldo is still looking for someone in his neighborhood to spit on, might I suggest the dishonorable Senator Schumer.
Israeli Nazis?
In Israel, eight immigrants from the former Soviet Union have been arrested in recent days for a string of attacks on religious Jews, gays, drug addicts and foreign workers. All of the suspects are in their late teens or early 20s and have Israeli citizenship. According to police spokesman Micky Rosenfeld, they all had "parents or grandparents who were Jewish in one way or another."
I don't know what to make of this or what to say about it. What is the point of attempting to understand madness?

Speed Over Need At The Border
As we close in on another anniversary of 9/11, we find out that instead of our security improving it is getting more lax. Mexican trucks are poised to travel through our nation and now we learn that security checks have been minimized to speed up traffic delays between the US and Mexico.
A memorandum from CBP El Paso field office Director Luis Garcia directs agents to limit inspections of border crossers when wait times escalate. Obvipusly, he feels no problem putting the convenience of border crossers ahead of American lives. Why are people like this allowed to keep their jobs? The Washington Times also obtained documents tha showed customs officers in the El Paso sector have been told to "not deny permits" of entry to any person entering the United States, regardless of indicators that they've overstayed their visa in the past.
CBP Chief George Carpenter, shift commander, sent a memorandum to all border inspectors informing them never to deny I-94 forms, which allow non-immigrants extended stay in the United States, even if those people failed to turn in previous forms required by law. All the El Paso inspectors were required to sign the memorandum.
According to multiple border inspectors, the agents who denied entry to non-immigrants without proof of the appropriate crossing forms were reprimanded by supervisors.
Is this any way to run security?Thursday, September 06, 2007
Keeping Our Honor
"Congressman, whether or not we should have gone to Iraq is a discussion for historians, but we're there. We bought it because we broke it," Huckabee said. "We've got a responsibility to the honor of this country and the honor of every man and woman who has served in Iraq and our military to not leave them with anything less than the honor they deserve."
Paul's pathetic response is one reason he cannot and will not ever be president. "The American people didn't go in. A few people advising this administration, a small number of people called the neoconservatives, hijacked our foreign policy. They are responsible, not the American people."
And Huckabee's brilliant retort came firing back, "Congressman, we are one nation. We can't be divided. We have to be one nation under God. That means if we make a mistake, we make it as a single country."
Paul answered, "When we make a mistake, it is the obligation of the people — through their representatives — to correct the mistake, not continue the mistake. We have dug a hole for ourselves and we have dug a hole for our party. We are losing elections, and we are going down next year if we don't change it."
Huckabee replied loudly, "Even if we lose elections, we should not lose our honor."
God bless you, Governor Huckabee, you certainly impressed this voter.
The left seems to feel that if the man in the White House is not one of them, he is not their president and they can disrespect and disown him. But, we are a single nation, under God, and all the empty wishes of the left will not make it otherwise. The juvenile mentality of the liberals is, if we don't play by their rules, they're taking the ball and going home. Too bad, Lefty, we all own the ball and we all live in the same home. Get over it.Germans Hunt For More Terrorists
The three previously arrested suspects had military-style detonators and enough material to make bombs more powerful than those that killed 191 people in Madrid in 2004 and 52 commuters in London two years ago.
They had undergone training at camps in Pakistan run by the Islamic Jihad Union, and had formed a German cell of the Al Qaeda-influenced group.

Geraldo, Not Even A Touch Of Class
In an interview with The Boston Globe Rivera says he can't stomach the politicians and pundits who are stoking "anti-immigrant hysteria," and his antipathy extends to some of his colleagues at Fox.
"Michelle Malkin is the most vile, hateful commentator I've ever met in my life," he says. "She actually believes that neighbors should start snitching out neighbors, and we should be deporting people.
"It's good she's in D.C. and I'm in New York," Rivera sneers. "I'd spit on her if I saw her."
Michell Malkin is, as they used to say, one classy dame. Rivera on the other hand proves you can take the boy out of the hood, well you know the rest. The Boston Globe piece shows how Geraldo has adorned himself with all the trappings of wealth, but despite wishing otherwise he cannot overcome his low class roots. For Fox to continue employing this guy after such a remark about a lady will only prove that they care more about their tabloid journalism than they do about the news.
It's A Two Goat Problem
From Reuters comes word that officials at Nepal's state-run airline have sacrificed two goats to appease Akash Bhairab, the Hindu sky god, following technical problems with one of its Boeing 757 aircraft, the carrier said Tuesday.
Nepal Airlines, which has two Boeing aircraft, has had to suspend some services in recent weeks due the problem.
I wonder what they do if they encounter trouble while in the air.Three More Terrorists Caught
Three terror suspects, two Germans and a Turk planned to carry out "imminent" and "massive" bombs attacks on Ramstein air base and Frankfurt's international airport. They had received terrorist training in Pakistan and had close ties to al Qaeda.
According to Jorg Ziercke, president of Germany's Federal Criminal Investigation Office, the group was united by a "hatred against American citizens." They also planned to attack bars and restaurants popular with Americans.
Without secure borders, it is just a matter of time before we start seeing similar scenarios in our own country. Europe may be somewhat more vulnerable, but it is inevitable that we will see the ugly face of Islamic terrorism here in the US.

Only In America
I was trying to switch the title over from a car I bought for my daughter from a friend at work.
Illegals can get driver's licences, they can register to vote, hell, dead illegals can register to vote if they are Democrats in Cook County, Illinois. But, me , I'm only second generation American, likely to be doing God knows what with this automobile title.
Danish Police Foil Islamomaniacs Again
This is the third time Danish police have cracked down on suspected terrorist networks since 2005.

Stifle Yourself, Calderon
Reuters reports that Mexican President Felipe Calderon has accused the United States of stepping up persecution and abuse or Mexican illegal aliens. Persecution? Abuse? Enforcing our Immigration Laws constitutes persecution and abuse?
"I want to express again an energetic protest at the unilateral measures taken by the U.S. Congress and government which exacerbate the persecution and abusive treatment of undocumented Mexican workers," Calderon said in his state of the union speech. "The Mexican government will continue to insist firmly ... on the need for an integral immigration reform and the categorical rejection of the building of a wall on our common border," Calderon said to raucous applause.
If the Mexican government is truly concerned about persecution and abuse, they would do something about it in their own country which might alter the need for their poor to flee in uncontrolled droves. As for insisting on immigration reform within the United States and rejection of a border security wall, quite frankly none of that is the business of Mexico and the American people would prefer that you stifle yourself, Senor Calderon.

Clinton's Judge Chesney Needs Breathing Room
Judge Chesney is a native Californian, born in San Francisco, a graduate of Berkeley and was appointed by Slick Willie in 1995. She claims she needs "breathing room" before making a decision on the legality of the new penalties and has set the next hearing for October first. You can rest assured this is to buy her time so she can get with her liberal pals to plan an end run around the law.
For more than two decades, the Social Security Administration has sent out "no-match" letters warning employers of discrepancies in the information the government has on their workers. The only thing different this time is that those letters will be accompanied by notices from the Department of Homeland Security outlining strict new requirements for employers to resolve those discrepancies within 90 days or face fines or criminal prosecution, if they're deemed to have knowingly hired illegal aliens. What liberal legalese are the open borders crowd going to invent to kill the spirit of the law once again.
Once more the Justice system is undermining the nation by trying to impose its agenda over the will of the American people. If you like, let Maxine know your opinion.
Another Iranian Attack Plan
Here's another one of those reports, this time from the Times of London, that we have drawn up our plans to take out Iran. In this scenario, the Pentagon plans for massive air strikes against 1,200 targets in Iran, designed to annihilate the Iranians’ military capability in three days.
Alexis Debat, director of terrorism and national security at the Nixon Center, said last week that US military planners were not preparing for “pinprick strikes” against Iran’s nuclear facilities. “They’re about taking out the entire Iranian military,” he said.
Debat was speaking at a meeting organised by The National Interest, a conservative foreign policy journal. He told The Sunday Times that the US military had concluded: “Whether you go for pinprick strikes or all-out military action, the reaction from the Iranians will be the same.” It was, he added, a “very legitimate strategic calculus”.
Israel, which has warned it will not allow Iran to acquire nuclear weapons, has made its own preparations for air strikes and is said to be ready to attack if the Americans back down. If the Americans don't back down, Israel will be drawn in when Iran lashes out with its limited capability. There seems to be no escape from some kind of ugly confrontation with captain annihilation, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

Movie Of The Week
Sex Sensitive Sidewalks For The Saudis
You have to love these guys, there almost isn't a need to ridicule them when they do such a great job of making asses of themselves. Then they wonder why their bufoonery inspire cartoonists to mock them.
Romney Would Retaliate
Posed that scenario while campaigning Friday in this early primary state, Romney said he didn't want to say much more.
"The answer is you would retaliate and you'd retaliate in a very dramatic and clear way. I don't want to be terribly more specific than that," the former Massachusetts governor said.
"But there's no question that people understand that the reason that we have the thousands upon thousands of nuclear warheads we have is that we intend to protect ourselves. And I would never shrink from protecting the American nation, the American people, nor shrink from retaliation if somebody used something as awful as a nuclear device. We will be safe."
The key is preventing nuclear proliferation, Romney said. He cited Iran, which has been accused of seeking to develop nuclear weapons, a charge its leaders have denied while claiming it's interested only in a nuclear energy program.
"It's time for us to dramatically tighten the sanctions on Iran and to get our friends around the world to do the same," Romney said. People in Iran need to know that "going down the nuclear path is a source of peril, not a source of pride," he said.
This sounds like a president of the United States, not the craven liberal musings of Obama and his "I think it would be a profound mistake for us to use nuclear weapons in any circumstance."

Opening the Country To Mexican Trucks
The Teamsters Union has requested that the Ninth Circus Court stop the program which could begin tomorrow.
The administration's argument is that to not allow this will strain diplomatic relations between the US and Mexico. Aren't relations already strained? Why doesn't Mexico seem concerned that its continuing brazen illegal abuse of our border will strain relations?
This should be a no brainer. Allowing access and free travel anywhere for these foreign carriers is opening us up for more abuse by a nation that has shown zero respect for our laws. Still, one never knows what judicial jabberwocky will emerge from the Ninth Circus.

MoveOn, Rabid Dog Of The Left
MoveOn is calling the move a “flip-flop” and says it goes against the views of his constituents. Of course, the fact that Baird has been to Iraq and seen enough evidence to change his mind, means nothing to the subversives at MoveOn. Instead, they run an ad featuring a soldier, who served in Iraq, talking about the resistance troops encountered and at the end asking people to tell Baird to bring the troops home. But, the soldier in the ad served in Iraq in 2003 and 2004, long before the surge and progress that Baird witnessed on his trip. MoveOn loves to defame its opponents, but it will lie and deceive without remorse to advance its own traitorous plans.

Perry Puckers Up To Mexico
"I don't think this is that difficult of an issue if Congress would have the maturity to sit down and really discuss it and cut out all of the mean rhetoric and really talk about what is a solution to this issue," he said about Mexico's illegal invasion.
"We know how to deal with border security, and you don't do it by building a fence," he continued. "You do it by putting boots on the ground; you do it by using the technology that's available ... and coordinating very highly with local, state and federal officials.
"But the idea that you're going to build a 1,200-mile wall ... is idiocy. It absolutely would not work. If you build a 40-foot wall, then the 42-foot ladder industry takes off."
I don't know who started this bigger wall equals bigger ladders nonsense, but it is childish and not the least bit clever nor accurate.
Perry's known for having a smart mouth, but calling the wishes of the majority of the American people idiocy, while in a foreign country, goes beyond the pale.

Who Will Bush Choose?
Michael Chertoff does not believe in enforcing our immigration laws and doesn't even think we can control our borders. It's bad enough to have this guy in charge of our security, but to make him the chief law enforcement officer of our nation is an outright insult. It is doubtful, however, that Bush will be able to get anyone of value to help man his sinking ship.
Stop Stalling, Senator
"At the time of this incident, I complained to the police that they were misconstruing my actions. I was not involved in any inappropriate conduct," he said. "I should have had the advice of counsel in resolving this matter. In hindsight, I should not have pled guilty. I was trying to handle this matter myself quickly and expeditiously."
If the senator is too stupid to know what a guilty plea is and what his rights are, then what is he doing in the US Senate?
As I have often said, we need to clean house thoroughly on both sides, Republican and Democrat. We must send folks to Washington to represent us who understand and value the the trust we have placed in them. What we have now is a bunch of sleaze ball opportunists who believe themselves smarter and more important than the rest of us. This, again, is evidence that they are definitely not smarter.

Walling Up North Korea
The North has already put in place posts along a six-mile stretch along a narrow tributary of the Yalu River, which marks the border between North Korea and China, and has also built a road to guard the area.
Meanwhile China has built a massive barbed wire and concrete fence along parts of its 880 mile border with North Korea.
No word from the open border activists about any of this. Oh no, they're quick to jump on the USA, but you won't hear any massive outcry about the poor Korean refugees fleeing a country far worse than Mexico, El Salvador etc. Hypocrites.

Terrorist Bombings In India
"Available information points to Pakistani and Bangladeshi groups being behind the blasts," Y.S.R. Reddy, chief minister of Andhra Pradesh state told reporters. The minister earlier said "this is definitely terrorist activity," and urged everyone to stay calm.
Authorities also found explosives at 16 other locations in and near the city of Hyderabad, Reddy said.
If we fail to tighten up our borders and become even more lax in our security procedures we may well become like India. Last year more than 200 people were killed by bombs set off in seven commuter trains in Mumbai.
Security is tight in India, at least it was when I visited about five years ago. I spent most of my time in Pune, headquarters of the Indian Army's Southern Command and felt very safe there. But, despite all precautions, the islamomaniacs will attack if given any opportunity. We must not allow that to happen here.

Terrorists Crossing From Mexico
It is absolutely outrageous that we are still arguing over building the wall, deporting illegals and tolerating class action lawsuits by the ACLU on behalf of those detained because they're on terrorist watch lists.
Murdering Muslims are hell bent on delivering a devastating blow to this nation and whatever inconveniences we have to put up with, whatever sensibilities we must offend, then so be it. Get over it hand wringing wimps of the left.
The government's terrorist screening database flagged Americans and foreigners as suspected terrorists almost 20,000 times last year. But only a small fraction of those questioned were arrested or denied entry into the United States. This, of course, fueled the privacy paranoids and other critics. Yet, using this same database, U.S. and international authorities prevented numerous attempts at entry into the United States by the Egyptian, Omar Ahmed Ali, who went on in 2005 to commit a suicide bombing in Qatar that killed one British citizen and injured 12. That alone should be sufficient cause to maintain our vigilance.
The amnesty bill has been defeated for the time being, but we must step up the pressure to secure our borders and protect American citizens.
Today's Yodel, Hang The Old Lady Too
"It's a horrible prospect to ask yourself, 'What if? What if?' But if certain things happen between now and the election, particularly with respect to terrorism, that will automatically give the Republicans an advantage again, no matter how badly they have mishandled it, no matter how much more dangerous they have made the world," Clinton told supporters in Concord.
"So I think I'm the best of the Democrats to deal with that," she added.
The horror of terrorism for Hillary is that her party might not make some gains. Good Lord, hanging is too good for this scum.Hat tip, New York Post

Hanging Is Too Good
The Democrats are now so bold as to admit outright that the success of our military in Iraq is not in their best interest.
House Whip James Clyburn, Democrat from South Carolina, just recently proclaimed that a successful surge strategy would be "a real problem for us." The question is who are the "us" he is referring to. It's not the American "us." No, it's that group of Democrats who value their party above their country. They are concerned the party will split over whether to continue funding the war.
As more and more anti-war lawmakers reluctantly begin to admit that the new strategy is achieving success, Democrat leaders are aggressively strategizing against the Bush administration and the Iraq war. They cannot derive a moment's pleasure from the victories of our troops. They would rather seek new ways to undermine our nation's struggle. That says it all.
Get the ropes and horses and find a tree.
No Amnesty For McCain
McCain is still in denial as to the cost of his disdain for his supporters. Not only is his presidential campaign in its death throes, his senate seat is on life support and the plug will be pulled when and if he runs again.
Bumper Sticker Party
James Carville, the Democrats' pet golem has sent out a mass e-mail on behalf of the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee seeking "the bumper sticker slogan that will carry us through the 2008 elections.”
The e-mail states: "We need a turn of phrase that really jumps out and tells you right off the bat what this election is all about. In 1992, it was ‘It’s the Economy, Stupid.’ In 2006, Democrats simply said, ‘Had Enough?’
"We got a few ideas … Take a look and then, do us the favor of voting for one of our top picks. But if you got something better, we’ll throw that in the mix too.”
Here are the brilliant offerings of the DSCC:
We can do better. Please send your suggestions for Democrat 2008 bumper stickers. I will post them and we can select a winner.
Here's something to kick off the contest.
Democrats and ethics, never had 'em, never will

It's Illegal to Come, But Not To Stay
Thanks to CNS, I ran across the story of illegal alien, Nicholas Martinez, who was sentenced to a year in jail after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine and endangering a child. Martinez was caught using his young son to help sell the cocaine.
The judge said Martinez couldn't be put on probation because of his immigration status.
But on appeal, a three-judge panel threw out the sentence, based on an apparent contradiction in U.S. law. While it is illegal to enter the country without the proper documents and permissions, it is not necessarily illegal to be in the country.
In its opinion, the court explained that Congress had implicitly created the distinction: "While Congress has criminalized the illegal entry into this country, it has not made the continued presence of an illegal alien in the United States a crime unless the illegal alien has previously been deported," said the opinion.
What we have here is a government gone mad. First, their should be no way anyone, legal or illegal, should be able to plea bargain out of jail time when they have used their child to help them peddle drugs. Anyone that wants this vermin free in their community deserves to have him in their home for a border.
Second, our legislators should be able to write a law that makes it not only illegal to come into this country improperly, but also to be here and the penalty should increase with the amount of time spent here.
Third, judges need to stop looking for legal loopholes to aid and abet defendants who are obviously guilty and start enforcing the spirit of justice. Our system is out of control because it is not an effort to determine guilt and innocence, but rather a theatrical display of one-upmanship and gotcha.

Furious Filner Has Dulles Tantrum
Now, he is facing an assault and battery charge after an incident at Dulles Airport where he allegedly pushed an United Airlines bag claim employee.
A source familiar with the incident told FOX News that when Filner's luggage didn’t show up in the claim area fast enough, he allegedly stormed into the United baggage office and insisted on knowing where his bag was. The agent was working with another customer and told him to wait.
The source alleged that Filner refused to step back and when the worker told him to leave the office, he said, “You can’t stop me.” She replied: "No, but the police can.”
Filner allegedly pushed aside the agent's outstretched arm and proceeded into an area off-limits to customers, where another agent was on the line with police. The agent could be heard from the back room telling him, “You have to go.”
He supposedly responded: “I’m not going until I get my bag. You’re treating us like animals.” Well, if you're going to act like one what do you expect?

The Only Other Sound The Sweep
For reasons known only to God, the federal authorities allowed this woman to flaunt breaking our laws by refusing to arrest her at the church in Chicago where she had taken up residence.
"We are sad, but at the same time we are angry," said Javier Rodriguez, a Chicago immigration activist who worked with Arellano. "How dare they arrest this woman?"
Too bad Javier, get used to it.
