Sorry, Nancy

There's more fishy happenings with Pelosi's "new direction" for ethical purity and open honesty.

The House voted to raise the minimum wage
from $5.15 to $7.25 by 2009. Guess what? The bill includes employers in the U.S. territory of the Northern Mariana Islands, but exempts American Samoa, another Pacific island territory. Why do you think that is? Could it be because Samoa is the site of DelMonte Corporation's StarKist Tuna packing plant and Del Monte is headquartered in Pelosi’s San Francisco congressional district. Also, about 75 percent of Del Monte stock is owned by shareholders of the H.J. Heinz Company, whose heirs include Teresa Heinz Kerry, wife of John "I was in Vietnam" Kerry.

Of course there's no connection according to Pelosi. Sorry Nancy, we don't believe you.
Thanks, NewsMax.
