Leaving Reality on a Jet Plane

The crooks in Washington are planning to spend $550 million for passenger jets for senior government officials. Our debt must not be deep enough for these shysters.

Even some of the Democrats can't believe it. "The whole thing kind of makes me sick to my stomach," said Senator Claire McCaskill in an interview Sunday. "It is evidence that some of the cynicism about Washington is well placed -- that people get out of touch and they spend money like it's Monopoly money." Some of the cynicism? This group is more corrupt than Mexican law enforcement.

The funding for new planes is "a classic example of Congress being out of touch with the realities of deficit spending," said Senator John Thune. Reality? The senate swine were indignant that failing auto executives were flying to and fro in private jets. They are even bigger failures and they cannot see the reality of their own hypocrisy.

I will say it over and over again. The people in Washington, Republicans and Democrats, need to be replaced. Elections are coming.
