Ali Saed Bin Ali El-Hoorie aka Ali Saed Bin Ali Al-Houri who gives his dob as 7/10/65 is a Saudi who has been indicted in the Eastern District of Virginia for the June 25, 1996, bombing of the Khobar Towers military housing complex in Dhahran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
El-Hoorie has black hair and eyes, a mole on his face and is a member of the terrorist organization, Saudi Hezbollah.
