Ignoring The Law Endangers America

After 9/11 laws were passed requiring US flight schools to do security background checks on foreign students and notify the federal Transportation Security Administration. After all, some of the muslim terrorist hijackers had been trained right here in America.

So, why is it that Bill McNease, a former FAA investigator, reported on ABC that "TSA's enforcement is basically nonexistent"? How is it that he found at least 8,000 foreign students in the FAA database who got pilot's licenses without being approved by the TSA.

Once again who is reponsible, both in the government and the private sector? Will any of those who did the training go to jail? Will any of those at the TSA who allowed this to happen pay with their jobs? Will any of these traitorrs even be named and subjected to public disgrace? If not, why not? How long will the American public continue to tolerate those who ignore the law either by breaking it or failing to uphold it?

How Many?

Q: How many politicians does it take to change a light bulb?

A: Two, one to assure the public that everything possible is being done while the other screws it into a water faucet.

Eat, Drink And Be Merry For Tomorrow...

It was just a short time ago that I was posting about the inability of the virtual fence to stop anything except virtual illegals. Now, the government admits it.

FOXNews reports that Homeland Security officials have told federal lawmakers that the "virtual fence" along the U.S.-Mexico border in Arizona doesn't meet contract requirements for detecting border intrusions and some of its technology will have to replaced by this summer.

Plans to expand the system to the Yuma, Ariz., and El Paso, Texas, areas will be pushed back three years to 2011 because of technological deficiencies. I would say that is a conservative estimate.

More importantly it means, that 10 years after the terrorist attack on New York City, the government will still be unable to bring a modicum of security to our southern border.

Why is this not being addressed by the presidential candidates who, as senators, are all part of the problem. Why is the press not asking questions? Who is responsible? Isn't it time for the public to kick butt and take names or do Americans no longer care about their own safety?

Have we become so like the decadent Romans that we will remain busy partying until the barbarians breach the walls?

Class-War Candidate

Too often we have people that hold political office who are at odds with how the government is intended to work. Barack Hussein Obama is one of those. Please read the commentary "Obama's Class-War Court," by Terrence Jeffrey at CNS.

Jeffrey says,"Obama does not want a Supreme Court that preserves the rule of law, he wants a Supreme Court that wages class war under color of law."

Obama is a man who either does not understand or completely disagrees with the intended role of the justices of the supreme court. A man like this is not only unfit to occupy the oval office, he should not even be in the US Senate. By accident or intention or a combination thereof, he is dangerous to this nation.

The Cost Of A Bad Dream

The murderess responsible for the deaths of four American children in Minnesota has been identified as an illegal from Guatemala. Her name is Olga Marina Franco and she has been using the fake name of Alianiss Nunez Morales, while claiming she was from Mexico.

A person who says they are the killer's cousin said, "Just like everybody else, she came to this country for the American dream ... all those dreams are shattered with this."

What about the dreams of the American children and their families? Those were dreams destroyed through no fault of their own. These innocent kids were murdered because they have a government that won't protect them and illegals who feel their rights have more value than those of American citizens.

This illegal had been caught driving without a license before. Why did the government do nothing? In the pursuit of her dream, she continually broke the law and constantly endangered others. Immigration laws, licensing rules, insurance requirements, stop signs, children on a school bus, none of these were going to stand in the way of this illegals dream. Whatever that dream is, it is not American. It is not the dream of any civilized human being.

Once again the innocent suffer, while the guilty are portrayed as victims.

Nemesis Nader Announces

Are you sitting down? Ralph Nader has announced he's running for the presidency. What were the odds? This is his fourth straight White House bid and fifth if you count his 1992 write-in campaign.

Who's upset? Why Obama and Hillary, of course. Hillary said it all with this, "I can't think of anybody that would vote for Senator McCain who would vote for Ralph Nader."

That is because the Democrat Party has the distinction of being home to the insane left wing in America. Your party, Hillary, has the ownership of the rubber room escapees, the tin foil hat conspiracy victims and the other assorted psychotic anarchists you need to placate to garner enough votes to remain viable. Dishonorable mention also needs to be given to the illegals, felons and the dead you seem to be able to register in large numbers.

So, welcome aboard, Ralph. Now the Donks have a trio of turkeys to pick from.

Shut Those Kids Up

Hillary Clinton lashed out Saturday at Barack Obama over campaign literature that she said he knows is "blatantly false," while Obama lashed back, calling her outburst "tactical."

Is everyone sick of listening to these two? I know I am. As usual, it all comes down to who can do the most with smoke and mirrors. Neither one takes the opportunity to get specific and detailed about the "change" they are going to bring to the presidency. If only once, a candidate would ignore his or her opponent and run on their own ideas, their own principles and their own record. What a breath of fresh air that would be.

Instead, we have to listen to the wild woman and the Obama omen playing like spoiled siblings in the back seat of the car screaming, "He touched me" and "She touched me first." We should pull the car over and slap the crap out of both of them.

Get Real

This month four Iraqis with fake passports have been detained by police in Mexico. After questioning, two of them admitted they intended to illegally cross into the US.

Meanwhile, Barack Obama looms larger as a threat to securing our borders and enforcing our laws. He ignores the crimes committed by illegals against American citizens and pledges amnesty to illegals if elected.

Our current government touts a virtual fence which will prevent only virtual illegals while the demands of the American people to remain sovereign go ignored. Flawed technology, late deliveries and cost overruns have been the hallmarks of the Boeing fiasco which we are supposed to believe will protect us.

Terrorists are real, not virtual.
To protect us, we need a real fence and a real president. Boeing is not building a real fence and Obama is incapable of being a real president.

Is Iran Planning To Attack?

For some time now there has been speculation about an attack by Israel against Iran to prevent the development of nuclear weapons. But, what if the attack were to come first from Iran?

The New York Sun mentions just such a scenario based on the recent increased verbal attacks by top Iranian officials. Are they preparing the world for retaliation against Israel or other Jewish targets for the killing of Hezbollah leader Imad Mughniyeh?

The Israelis "assassinate pure and pious people and then they celebrate it, like what happened to the son of Lebanon who had stood against the savage onslaught of the Zionists and broke the Zionists' horns," Mr. Ahmadinejad told a crowd during yesterday's nationally televised rally in Bandar Abbas, Iran, referring to Mughniyeh. "World powers have created a black and dirty microbe named the Zionist regime and have unleashed it like a savage animal on the nations of the region," he said. Earlier this week, Iran's Revolutionary Guards commander, Mohammad Ali Jafari, predicted the "destruction of the cancerous existence of Israel," and the Iranian foreign minister, Manouchehr Mottaki, said Israel has no "legitimacy" in the region.

"I have no doubt the Iranians will try to retaliate and get a big hit soon, here or abroad, in a manner intended to surprise and shock," a Jerusalem source familiar with Israeli intelligence on Iran said yesterday, speaking on the phone on condition of anonymity.

If Iran is shown to be behind any attack, the response should be swift and significant. It would be the excuse needed to take out the mad mullahs and all Iranian nuclear capability once and for all. To make that happen we cannot afford a Barack Obama in the White House.

For The First Time She Said What She Really Feels

"For the first time in my adult life, I am really proud of my country. Not just because Barack is doing well, but I think people are hungry for change."

Those are the words of Michelle Obama. There is nothing unclear about them. They were not taken out of context as the Obama camp claims. She said it not once, but at least twice.

Now, the line is "What I was clearly talking about was that I'm proud in how Americans are engaging in the political process.'' There is no way that is what she was CLEARLY saying. She got caught with her mouth open, disrespecting America, and now she wants and will get grace from the liberal press.

This is the sneering disdain and disrespect that the left truly feels about this nation. If things don't go their way then America is evil. We cannot allow this twisted thinking to lead our nation.

Satan Preparing Room For Fidel

An era is coming to an end in Cuba, Castro has resigned. A die hard hater of America and a ruthless dictator is coming to the end of his life.

In a handwritten note he sent to a colleague in 1958 just months before taking power, he vowed, "I am going to launch another, much longer and bigger war against them (the Americans). I realize now that this is going to be my true destiny."

This evil man lived out his hatred causing unspeakable horror and suffering to his own people.

The Cubans I have met and befriended in this country are a wonderful people with a great sense of humor. They deserve at long last to see the old country free and prosperous.

I have heard many times that Cuba is a most beautiful island. I would love to see it as I'm sure would many who were born or can trace their roots there. May Castro and his evil legacy wither and die quickly and may Satan stoke the coals pending Fidel's arrival.

Read My Lips

Bush 41 has just endorsed John McCain and hailed him as a conservative. McCain last weekend promised no new taxes evoking the memory of Bush 41 promising voters the same thing and then doing the exact opposite. Is that their idea of a conservative?

Why should I believe, Bush, a man who lied to me before and helped create 8 years of the Clinton debacle which desecrated this nation? Perhaps Bush wants his good friend Bill to move back in to the White House with the untamed shrew in charge this time. The appalling ease with which these politicians praise each other when it becomes "necessary" to their way of life is a testament to their total lack of integrity.

More From The Muslim Mental Ward

In a letter of condolence regarding the assassination of Hezbollah terrorist Imad Mughniyeh, Iran's Revolutionary Guards Corps commander Muhammad Ali Jafari said: "I am convinced that with every passing day Hezbollah's might is increasing and in the near future, we will witness the disappearance of this cancerous growth Israel by means of the Hizbullah fighters' radiation."

He called the the murderer Mughniyeh a martyr. Of course, that is what passes for a martyr in this sick, crazed cult. "There's no doubt that the death of this loyal fighter will strengthen the resolve of all revolutionary Muslims and fighters in the struggle against the Zionist regime, particularly the resolve of those who fought by this martyr's side," the insane Jafari ranted.

Meanwhile in Israel, Likud Chairman Benjamin Netanyahu warned that an Israeli withdrawal from east Jerusalem would be the beginning of the end for the Jewish state.

"We shouldn't build a basis for militant Islam at our doorstep. This is what successive Israeli governments have done by quickly withdrawing from Lebanon and from Gaza," he said. "The Israeli withdrawal from Gaza has in no way advanced our security or brought us any closer to a real peace."

"If we withdraw from Jerusalem, a possibility that seems to be more of a reality each day, it will just put us one step closer to being forced out of the whole country,"Netanyahu warned. Hopefully the people of Israel will heed his wisdom.

Putin's Paranoid Propaganda

Somethings never change and the Russian penchant for propaganda seems to be one of them. It has been painting a distorted picture of America for so long, I actually think it believes its own lies.

Russia now says that U.S. military plans to shoot down a damaged spy satellite may be a veiled test of America's missile defense system.

The Pentagon failed to provide "enough arguments" to back its plan to smash the satellite next week with a missile, protested the Russia's Defense Ministry.

"There is an impression that the United States is trying to use the accident with its satellite to test its national anti-missile defense system's capability to destroy other countries' satellites."

I'm not saying there may not be a plus side to shooting down the spy satellite in that we will gain information about our anti-missle defense. However, Putin's paranoia is beginning to make him look unhinged. He reminds me of the crazy Roman emperors who kept killing those around them for fear of losing power. The last thing Russia needs right now is his KGB madness.

Sarkozy Praises Faith

French President Nicolas Sarkozy has called for schoolchildren to "adopt" Jewish child victims of the Holocaust. Praising faith, he told France's Jewish community that every 10-year-old schoolchild should be "entrusted with the memory of a French child victim of the Holocaust".

Of course, as it would have here, his proposal unleashed anger from teachers, psychologists, political foes, secularists and the rest of the hand wringers who said it would unfairly burden children with the guilt of previous generations and some could be traumatized.

But, Sarkozy said, France had to raise children "with open eyes".

That is leadership, a quality we are dearly lacking in our own government. I wish President Sarkozy good luck and success in what he is trying to accomplish.

Who Gave Knucklehead Nagin A Gun?

FOXNews reports that a photograph in a report on the New Orleans Police Department's new crime-fighting equipment has set off a wave of controversy.

In the photo, Mayor Ray Nagin is smiling and seems to be aiming an assault rifle at Police Superintendent Warren Riley.

Video shows the city's idiot mayor playfully waving the gun in front of a crowd.

A statement release by the City of New Orleans Mayors Office says, "The photo selected to depict the public safety press conference yesterday by the Times Picayune grossly misrepresented the Mayor of the City of New Orleans, the Superintendent of Police and the men and women of the police department."

The statement goes on to call the publication of the Nagin photograph a tragedy.

"The photo was taken out of context, was selected by our own local media and is now showcased across the nation as a mockery of all this city's recovery efforts," the mayor's office said in the statement.

Because of this,
the Times-Picayune issued a correction late Wednesday saying the mayor was not intentionally pointing the gun at the police superintendent.

"A review of a video taken at the event shows that the mayor momentarily pointed the gun at the chief as he was lowering it but he did not deliberately point it at Riley," the paper's correction reads.

What a load of crap. You don't point a weapon at anyone unless you intend to use it. Nagin is a known idiot who doesn't have the good sense to come in out of the rain or in his case the hurricane. His failure to treat a weapon with respect is simply another example of his delusions of adequacy. Blaming the newspaper and everyone else for his inept behavior is sop for this moron. Once again, the people of New Orleans get what they voted for, stupidity.

Treacherous Neighbors

At a House budget hearing, Congress was informed by Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff that a wire was discovered stretched across a border road leading into Mexico through a hole in the fence.

"It was configured in a way so that, if it was pulled, it would take off the head of a Border Patrol agent riding in an open car,"Chertoff reported.

The wire was discovered Saturday when authorities monitoring a surveillance camera saw two people on the north side of the border east of the San Ysidro Port of Entry, in the San Diego sector.

Of course, no arrests were made on either side of the border and I doubt any form of protest was made to Mexico. After all, what's the point... they encourage this kind of behavior while our government passively condones it. And, we're going to elect a president who will reward this behavior with citizenship papers.

A Dead Terrorist In Syria?

His name is Imad Fayez Mughniyeh and he was one of the FBI's most wanted terrorists. Hezbollah TV reports he has died in an explosion in Syria. Let's all pray the news is accurate.

He had been indicted for his role in planning and participating in the June 14, 1985, hijacking of a commercial airliner which resulted in the assault on various passengers and crew members, and the murder of one United States citizen. According to the FBI, he was the alleged head of the security apparatus for the terrorist organization, Lebanese Hezbollah and was thought to be in Lebanon.

So Syria, which denies promoting terrorism and is the darling of Nancy Pelosi and her liberal house lackeys, was the refuge of this animal. Giraffe boy, Bashar al-Assad, is implicated once again in harboring and supporting terrorists and their evil plots.

I wonder if Pelosi will be attending the funeral? Perhaps Obama may find this an opportune time to have a pre-presidential chat with Assad.

Terrorists Arrested In Denmark

More of the prophet's psychotics have been arrested. Although Danish police aren't talking, several people who allegedly were plotting a "terror-related assassination" were apprehended.

Morgenavisen Jyllands-Posten, the Danish newspaper that first published the cartoons of Mohammed wearing a lit turban bomb, said the suspects were after cartoonist Kurt Westergaard.

"I could not possibly know for how long I have to live under police protection; I think, however, that the impact of the insane response to my cartoon will last for the rest of my life," Westergaard said. " It is sad indeed, but it has become a fact of my life. "

It is sad, indeed, that the world continues to tolerate the insanity of these lunatics and civilized men must live in fear so a culture of barbarism may be sustained.

More Threats From Hugo

Hugo Chavez threatened Sunday to cut off his country's oil shipments to the United States if a court ruling goes forward ordering Venezuelan assets be frozen in a case brought by Exxon Mobil.

Last week, Exxon Mobil obtained a court order freezing up to $12 billion of Venezuela's state owned oil company's assets. Hugo Chavez had forced the company out of two joint ventures that he had entered into with the company. Exxon Mobil is seeking another attachment order of approximately $300 million against the Venezuelan company in a federal court in New York.

"It would do great damage to Venezuela and the relationship with the U.S. and turn off other Western partners with Venezuela," Trilby Lundberg, America's guru of gasoline, told CNN in a telephone interview. "However, for the U.S., it would likely not have any sustaining terrible effect, because the world of oil is fluid, and wherever Venezuelan oil goes, some other oil would be freed up for the United States to import."

Chavez, the South American blowhard, will do anything to promote his pathetic little personality. I hope Exxon Mobil wins again and Chavez has to put up or shut up.

Geraldo's World

I had the misfortune to listen to the spitting news nut, Geraldo Rivera, last night. He was babbling something about racism rearing its ugly head in Louisiana because 7 out of 10 whites were voting for Hillary. He somehow failed to mention that more than 8 out of 10 blacks voted for Obama. Why isn't that at least equally racist?

If you're voting for someone because of their race it either makes you a bigot or it doesn't. You can't have it both ways. Oh wait, this is Geraldo...abandon logic all ye who enter here. This guy's brain is as barren as Al Capone's vault.

Here's more of the same stuff from Susan Estrich.

Supporting The Second Amendment

"The vice president believes strongly in Second Amendment rights," a Cheney spokeswoman said. This was regarding Vice President Cheney's signing a Supreme Court brief that goes further in support of gun rights than the one submitted by the Bush administration.

Lawyers with long experience at the court could not recall another case in which a vice president took a position different from that of his own administration. Well, how long can a real conservative continue to be quiet while enduring the Bush administration?

Cheney has joined more than 300 senators and representatives, led by Sen. Kay Bailey Hutchison, R-Texas, who want the court to rule that Washington's ban is unconstitutional. Let's hope the court upholds the right of citizens to arm themselves.

Saudi Hospitality Is Hazardous To Your Health

Some people have to be hit with a 2x4 more than once before they pay attention.

A female managing partner at a Saudi financial company has found out that life for women living in this land of Islamic mental defectives is not the paradise she thought it would be.

She was thrown in jail, strip-searched, threatened and forced to sign false confessions by the manaical kingdom's psychotic "Mutaween" police.

"When I was arrested, it was like going through an avalanche," said the victim. "All of my beliefs were completely destroyed."

Her crime? She was sitting with a male business partner in the "family-only" section of a Starbucks the only area of the café where women and men can sit together. In Saudi Arabia, public contact between unrelated men and women is strictly prohibited.

The woman's family is reportedly furious that the American Embassy hasn't done more to support her. Why not be furious at the barbaric nation that she works in of her own volition? I think the family should all go to Saudi Arabia and voice their displeasure. Don't blame America for your own poor judgment and failure to accept reality.

Romney Hangs It Up

McCain the Merciless must be in spasms of evil laughter. Romney is scheduled to announce the suspension of his campaign. Goodbye GOP.

McCain Skips Vote On Economic Package

On Tuesday John McCain said, "I think every day that goes by and Congress does not act on a stimulus package, I think is not helpful. If I had written that package, it would've been somewhat different, but we need to send a signal to the markets and the American economy that we're trying to do some things in their behalf."

On Wednesday, John McCain skipped the vote on whether to make 20 million seniors and 250,000 disabled veterans eligible for rebate checks as part of the very economic stimulus package he stressed as important.

McCain saved himself from having to pick a position that was sure to have alienated some group. In the past he has cared little about that, but this time he needs votes. A no vote would have angered millions of Social Security recipients and the disabled veterans. Voting yes, however, would anger Republicans and conservatives already fed up with McCain. Solution? Avoid going on record for either side.

How perfectly, politically diplomatic of the "maverick," a maneuver worthy of a Clinton.

McCain Wants Your Shoes

Hours ago, the arrogant John McCain declared, "Tonight I think we must get used to the idea that we are the Republican Party front-runner for the nomination. And I don't really mind it one bit."

Obviously, Republicans are not serious about border security, invasion by illegals or the granting of amnesty to them. In Arizona, betrayal by their own senators is rewarded by extending their approval at the polls. How do you explain this kind of masochism?

Recently, I have read postings crying about the vilification of John McCain as if the fact that he was a POW granted him sainthood and some kind of political doctrinal inerrancy. These are penned by those who would have us believe open borders are not a priority or are inevitable, so better McCain than Clinton. This is the equivalent of being told at the hospital that the doctor has good and bad news. The bad news is he has to amputate both your legs. The good news is the guy in the next room wants to buy your shoes.

Well, McCain, my shoes are not for sale, neither is my vote nor my country. If I must write in the name of a candidate I can support, then so be it. Some compromises are just too costly.

Until then we will see the letters of surrender from the party quislings begging us to come vote for a man who sneered at us during shamnesty, a man who has no use for the right wing of the Republican party except when he needs their votes. When we needed his vote, where was he? He was laughing at us with Teddy Kennedy and Harry Reid. Still, he will have the audacity to ask for our votes and our money. And, many pathetic souls will grab their ankles and tell us all it feels good. For them I present Aesop's fable of "The Fox Who Had Lost His Tail."

A fox who had been caught in a trap could only escape by biting off his tail. The other animals made fun of his loss. So, he decided on a plan to make all the foxes get rid of their tails. That way they would all be just like him.
He called a meeting of the foxes. At it, he gave a speech, advising them to cut off their tails. He said that they would look much better without them and the tails were of no real use and merely an inconvenience.

One sly fox interrupted his speech.

Had you not lost your own tail, my friend," he said, "you would not be giving us this advice."

On Super Tuesday

McCain, Kennedy And Feingold, Birds Of A Feather

John McCain has made a career of siding with Democrats, says former House Speaker Dennis Hastert. He's right. McCain has allied himself with some of the most liberal politicians in the senate. Think McCain/Feingold, the assault on political free speech and McCain/Kennedy the infamous amnesty debacle. There are few more left wing and dangerous than Feingold and Kennedy, yet that who McCain chooses for his allies. McCain's most conservative ally is Joe Lieberman and while I respect Joe, he is still a liberal at heart.

Asked if he considered McCain a conservative, Hastert said, “In my opinion, he is not. He is a moderate. In almost everything he’s done, he’s done [things] against what mainstream Republicans thought and he’s allied with Democrats. He was always the undependable vote in the Senate.”

The same article also mentions McCain's invovement as one of five U.S. senators implicated in the 1989 Keating Five scandal, when the lawmakers allegedly pressured federal regulators against pursuing an investigation of Charles Keating, the former chairman of the Lincoln Savings and Loan Association and a McCain close friend and contributor. McCain was cited by the Senate Ethics Committee for showing “poor judgment.”

Clintonesque judgment which is why John is unfit for the oval office.

Super Tuesday In Arizona.

Super Tuesday is around the corner. Here in Arizona I encourage all Republicans to repudiate John McCain by casting your vote for Mitt Romney. McCain and others like him need to know they cannot defy the will of the American people without paying a heavy price.

Democrats, I hope, will choose Clinton. Better the devil you know than the one you don't.

Whatever happens, if Romney is eliminated we will be faced with voting for not the lesser of two evils, but evil or evil. Heaven help us.

Still Not Ready

This should not come as a shock to anyone, but a recent report concludes that the nation "does not have sufficient trained, ready forces available" to respond to a chemical, biological or nuclear weapons incident. The report comes from an independent commission charged by Congress to recommend changes in law and policy concerning the Guard and Reserves.

The fact that those in our government have failed to prepare the US to respond to a major attack this long after 9/11 is just one more reason to not elect any current senator to the office of president. Clinton, McCain and Obama are all culpable and bear the blame for failing to secure this nation by enforcing immigration laws, closing our borders and making the nation's security top priority. Instead, they have played politics as usual, supporting the spending of taxpayer money on pork instead of using the dollars to increase our preparedness in case of a disaster.

Because of this, we are as vulnerable to terrorist attack as ever, China's military becomes increasingly competitive with our own, Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah and other insane Islamists run amok in the Middle East and in our own hemisphere Chavez and his banana republic comrades turn their countries into launching pads of Latin American lunacy.

Our economy is in shambles, but the people responsible promise us they will fix it. Well, the time to fix it was before the crisis. It's called preventive maintenance.

After the next terrorist catastrophe, will they promise to fix things again as they did last time? How long do we allow this absurdity to continue?

Democrat McCain?

McCain or McClinton, I have said there is little difference. They are both just variations of the same non-nutritious meal and they both come with McAmnesty. Now, from The Hill, comes an interesting piece listing the ingredients of this political disaster.

Sen. John McCain was close to leaving the Republican Party in 2001. Tom Daschle and Tom Downey said there were nearly two months of talks with McCain following an approach by John Weaver, his chief political strategist. Weaver acknowledged this week that the senator did talk to Democrats about leaving the GOP.

So, there you have it. McCain, of course denies it, he always has. In a statement released by his campaign, he said, “As I said in 2001, I never considered leaving the Republican Party, period.” I'm sure. This is the man who joined with Teddy Kennedy to bring us McAmnesty.

If it looks like a duck, walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck.
