Congress Still Doesn't Know What To Do

Is anyone besides me sick and tired of the circle jerk we call a congress? The terrorist attack in NYC took place in 2001. We are now in 2006 and we still don't have a plan to secure either one of our borders and let's not even discuss our coastlines. Yet, as the morons in Washington try to come up with a plan, not so much to protect us, but as to cause themselves no political trauma we have Senator Sam Brownback (R-Kansas) saying, "It would be March madness to rush into this." Oh yes, senator, let's be careful, the turtles are stampeding!

The truth is, Senator Sam Coburn (R-Oklahoma) has it right, "Nobody in the country trusts us on this issue right now because we have not demonstrated the integrity to control our borders." Ya think? Almost 5 freakin' years later, you congressional cretins are still sitting around looking up a dead horse's butt and wondering what to do about it.

I only wish there was a way to dissolve Congress and elect a whole new group and let's see if the country can get it right this time. God help us, you are a pathetic lot.
