Child Saved From ACLU Environment

Here's a gem from Jay at Stop the ACLU.

Newborn Taken From Mother and Convicted Sex Offender

You might want to read the entire article over at The NY Times. I say that because there seems to be some debate as to whether the baby should have been taken from its mother so quickly.
I just want to point out that not only did the baby's father serve a ten year sentence as a violent sex offender in NY 20 years ago, there are some added items of interest about him. It is alleged that besides the two girls he was convicted of raping, Mr. WolfHawk had abused his daughter, who is now in her 30's. He denied this.

Also, Mr. WolfHawk changed his name and declares himself chief of an Indian tribe called the Unole E Quoni, which he says has 175 families but is not recognized by any government. Ms. WolfHawk's lawyer said the two met 11 or 12 years ago; they are both members of the tribe.

I'll bet they are. That would be a tribe that lives between the Heckawi and the Shugs? Any F Troop fans out there?

Do you think we're talking "toys in the attic" here? A "few beers shy of a six pack"?

This is probably an unhealthy environment for the child for many, many reasons but I'm sure the ACLU doesn't consider any of them valid. After all, if we were to raise mentally, emotionally, spiritually mature and aware children their membership would disappear.
