A convicted murderer could be released from prison after 11 years because of a ruling on Friday that found it was wrong for family members of his victim to wear badges with an image of the victim during his trial.
It is time to put an end to this nonsense. Judge Stephen Reinhardt needs to be removed preferably by men in white coats with stun guns and a net. He has been described as the the liberal badboy of the federal judiciary. And guess what? He was appointed by Jimmy Carter. He is well known to the Supreme Court, which has a habit of overturning his opinions. In fact, he is one of the most overturned judges in history.
Reinhardt believes that courts should be used as agents of social change and of course those changes should be decided by him. My suggestion for change is the removal of this blackrobed buffoon.
