Explosions In Mexico City

In Mexico City, simultaneous explosions hit the Federal Electoral Tribunal, a bank branch and the headquarters of the former ruling party early Monday and authorities deactivated a homemade explosive device at a second bank branch, Mexican news media reported.

Couple these explosions with the ongoing conflict in the southern state of Oaxaca and the many border incidents and you have a pattern of escalating violence throughout Mexico. There have been worsening confrontations between federal and local police, protestors and ordinary citizens.

It would seem the neighbors are having difficulty resolving their differences, which is just more reason to build a good wall.
